This video is talking all about my first experience with Nature’s Bounty Hair Skin and Nail Vitamins.
We all love a great hair day but why not try to achieve great hair everyday, AND SKIN AND NAILS!
This review is BRUTALLY HONEST and we will be discussing my personal experience using this vitamins 🤔

These Multi- Vitamins can be found at your local Walmart and Target as well as most vitamin stores and of coarse online!
They retail from $8.97 to $14.64 depending on where you purchase them.
The bottle contains 150 Rapid Release Liquid Soft-Gels and the serving size is 3 Soft Gels a day, they are Argan Oil Infused with Biotin, Antioxidants C & E plus Hyaluronic Acid
(let’s see how they react to my already acne-prone/ oily skin)
If used according to the packaging, this product “should” last someone 50 days, or a month and a half.

First you have to take it on a full stomach, I start off with 2 a day and trust me within a month I see results especially baby hair interms of my edges so yes 👍
I have been taking those pills for a few months now and have definitely seen my baby hairs grow out. My goal was thicker hair and so far I haven’t really achieved that. - I’m going to continue taking these and see if the thickness of my hair gets any better! Also I didn’t have any side effects- ig it’s different for everyone. But YES the smell is so strong and I also couldn’t swallow those pills for awhile, but I got used to it😂

Thanks for this video. I have to watch what I eat with these vitamins. I get an extremely upset stomach and have to use the restroom immediately. I have since noticed it was with foods that have fiber, magnesium, and zinc. I now take these first thing in the morning then afterward eat food. If anyone is experiencing the same as me just take them two hours before eating they still work for me.
Great Advice Shannon G! These also made my stomach turn but I have never really thought about the ingredients in the foods that I am eating, that may have a reaction to these vitamins. That is a cool observation, and I will start being aware of those ingredients as well. I take one with food and 2 before I go to bed so I don’t feel weird
omg! the same happened to me! if i take it first thing in the morning i'm fine but taking it after a meal gives me terrible stomach aches

Thank you Diane, the crown area is a double area for me as well. As I am getting older, I’ve noticing my hair thinning out in those areas and I can see my scalp skin color more. I will be doing a follow up video on my experience with these soon. Wishing you a Happy Holiday! ✨
This is a multivitamin meaning it has many different type vitamin rhat will hemp produce the resukts required so it will naturally be potent with that; you cannot eat cookies, a little salad, chips, or one or two crackers to take with potent vitamins it will make you throw up. I learn this years ago when I too threw up taking vitamins that had especially had zinc, maganese, cooper, selenium, folate they're potent and most of these vitamins arw found in this skin nail and hair product which is not a bad thing. Its a lot potency goinf into a empty or semi empty (little food) stomach However you must have solid food in your system otherwise you will throw up. I make sure have a good meal before taking potent vitamins and drink accurate amounts of water 💧.
I used it for four years my hair grew my nails grew my skin looks good glowing n my nails glow too it works for me
I hope ppl use the biotin it really works ppl as I said I used it for years it works trust me n u r beautifu n hair looks healthy for me no side effects from using biotin try it

I tried this because it was cheaper than the supplements I was taking. It broke me out HORRENDOUSLY! I I threw them out and will NEVER use Nature's Bounty ever again!
I already have oily/ pimply skin to start, and these are in fact breaking me out right now and have been for the past month. Buuut, from my understanding most skincare products push out all the pimples before you get the good skin. I will be making a follow up experience video on these.
Same im dealing with it now. How long did you take for the break outs to stop because my arms look horrible and the break outs keep showing up as the days pass helppp🤢🤮
Hello Latisha, I made a follow up video on these vitamins buuut for me the acne has not gone away. At some points my acne isn’t that bad but then it returns again :/ also though, my hair has grown as well as my nails. You should check out my other video to see what results I’m talking about. I take the spring valley hair skin and nails you showing the pills is the same pills two different bottles at Walmart for $5.94 if you read the ingredients it's basically the same you should compare the two they're both great products

I took that brand but the gummies 2,500 biotin it was 13$ at Costco for 5months supply it made my nails grow so fast and my hair grew 2 n half inches in a month my hair would be falling out before I took anything and I have dyed my hair in the past and my hair is thin also but I started in September and I would wash my hair 1 time every three days did scalp massages I recommend the gummies!

I haven’t seen weight gain, or hair loss however I have been breaking out some. I’m going to do an update on a month of using this product soon. Make sure you check it out 💕

Hello Manal! I would say take a vitamin after you eat, so it doesn't hurt your stomach. I would start with just one a day and work your way up, if you desire.
Cutting 3 inches twice a year is 6 inches a year which basically means you cut off all your hair growth… if you’re maintaining length that makes sense but it won’t grow out longer if you cut that much. I only cut 1 inch every 6 months I am dead serious.
