I am surprised a wall like this is still up. One would think they would have knocked it down. Funny thing is, they built a wall in NY, called Wall Street. I bet that was based on this. HAHA. LIKE 15. 👍👍👍

Surprised no railing on the elevated walk although see it on the higher section
The wall is in great shape and the buildings so classic

I haven't walked the walls at York since I was a kid. Nice wander, although there was this dodgy bloke with a bucket hat around 6 minutes in. Luckily, I think you avoided him 😂😂.

I did enjoy your stroll around the Walls- never done this -the city takes on a different aspect! I went to your recommended site to gen up- I guessed that was not the original walls but the Roman remains are there lying underneath! Thanks!
