The 1950 Ford isn't rough!! That's clean as heck for 75 years old!
That thing looks to be in unbelievably good shape for a restoration, especially if you didn't go crazy on it.
Absolutely worth saving
Honestly I hate seeing old cars sitting for a long time, left to be forgotten about and slowly drifting away from a purpose. I really think you should give that ford a shot, it might just be worth it. Many people agree with me in this comment section im sure, too. But, at the end of the day, its your choice. Stay safe and stay healthy!
Car is 75 years old, it's a survivor.
I can't be the only one who sees a classic car and pictures it restored
Mad respect for Nick going into the military. He will definitely get set up great for a good life!
The old 50s ford if you can get it , good content too.
I think Nick will do well in the military.
I am a vendor for hospitals and often times work cases that require me to stand sometimes up to 6 hours straight. I can verify your statement about brooks shoes. Bought a pair a few months ago and they’re like walking on clouds
Praying u get ur BP straight. I had to buy a monitor from harbor freight a week ago cause my heart just starts racing for no reason and I’m battling cancer (over two years now thanks to a crappy dr at first) so I get lil scared when I start feeling really bad and my heart is either racing or slowing way down. Been here since the Uber msn days. When u bought the old for and the sweet old Chevy and had blowout goin home. Have really enjoyed watching thru the years. Praying one day I csn financially do what u have done
Randy truly thank you for getting me through hard times. Keep
Up the great work! ❤
Hi Randy you good fella just come back home like a hour ago man and had people here for most of the tray doing work and then friends nightmare lol 😂 wanna just say I just sold one of them X5 C mi bought it nearly two weeks ago just to sell on and made a little tidy profit nothing wrong with it at all no check engine full service history 64 thousand miles just turned and had some factory and non factory kit was so so nice lovely and it really really stood out it was like new man all polished up two owners lavenders had it from when it was 3 years old with 22 thousand miles on it the last fourty or so was done in the last six six and a half years great spec I should of kept it for 6 months maybe and enjoyed it wow it had some big power to it man! Thanks for anther video man!?..✨💫👌💫✨👍
That ford is worth saving without any doubt once it is forsale.
i like older cars better than the newest ones less stuff to break and cheaper to get and own.
Proud of your son Nick joining the miltary just be very safe and nice walk around video as well
To be fair, the algorithm brought me to this channel 4 or 5 years ago for antique cars. I don't know if it would have brought me here for later model foreign car content. Funny thing is, I still watch his foreign late model stuff anyway.
Save the 1950 ford
My dad rented a 1950 Ford Custom when he and my mother went to Washington DC for their honeymoon in 1950.
Bid on the old Ford , how cool it would be to get it running and driving again!
the 1950's Ford is a great project for the next power tour! drop in a 351 Cleveland with a C6, maaco paint job, it'll be one heck of a cruiser! 😎
The engine in the x5 SHOULD be pretty reliable but I think that one is an exception.
Proud of Nick
The fun it would of been to do these walk arounds in the late 80's and 90's at these copart yards.
About Brooks. If youre not happy call their customer service. They will ask you questions and pick the exact support, firmness, style etc for you. Their customer support is amazing!
I would have checked out that Blue model 3 with the smashed windshield near the Volt. Parts are starting to be super easy to find for the 3 and would probably be an easy fix for someone like you Randy
Love that old car smell
Nicks a solid kid. He will be fine i joined the Air Force right our of high-school and don't regret it for a second. The best way to see the world is to join the military!
Hey Randy, thank you for getting me through hard times. Watching your videos always makes me happy and puts a smile on my face. Keep up the good work even if it may be a challenge.
i bought a pair of orange brooks sneakers, they where 160 bucks, but i loved them so much, i bought two more to put away for future use
Major respect to nick for making that decision
That volt looks like a challenge Randy needs to keep his flood streak going !- Mark
Randy if you like brooks shoes, you should try a pair of Hokas sometime too! You mentioned Jessica uses Brooks for her clinicals, and I’m a nursing student myself in clinicals and found that the Hokas support my feet even better than brooks did in my experience
That 50 ford is so cool
Can't believe classic shoebox 1950 Ford still @ Copart yard yes it's more door but be awesome hot rod project.
Randy, I like a 57 Chevy. It looks amazing.
Randy save the 1950 ford it needs to go back on the road
I was hoping nick would take over randys job.
I think he aredy seen that 50s car get well soon I will rewatch it because I know how much stress you are in and you need a vacation for a while
This is not a rerun. I just filmed this video.
@AutoAuctionRebuilds ok just wondering because there was a car identical to this one in a video a while ago
Brook’s are great shoes. Real runners adore them.
Had a pair of brooks. Back in the mid 80s in elementary school. Sure were popular then either. But always known as a good walking/ running shoe. I where hokas for walking now comfortable as well around 100
Your shop is like a small HAIL damage. Put a Bush in front of it and it’s out of sight and out of mind 😂😂😂😂
Had to laugh at the BMW cardboard fight ,not going to help with the BP though 😂
I’ve had 3 of those C-Classes. They will also notify about taking your key when you leave the vehicle. It’s just a general reminder to take your key with you, but does not indicate that the key is currently in the car! Took me a while to figure that out myself hahah
Save the ford. It’s a treasure.
Randy you want a great pair of comfortable shoes.......Try on a pair of Hokas!......Their amazing! Not cheap, but well worth the price.
It’s a crying shame that the Rebel is a few months old and already broke down. Good luck on getting it fixed, don’t go for the Rebel-X as a replacement!
I got a suggestion to save your blood pressure when going in auction yards, buy a small drone with a good camera, then you will cover way more ground easier !
That white Lexus SUV at 2633 was nice
Thanks for anther video man!?..✨💫👌💫✨👍oh yea nick would be great on the military man big shout out to nick man awesome dude!.👍
27:00 that's a chevy Camaro ss transformers edition! they only built 1400 of these cars, and all of the transformers logos and easter eggs were built FROM the factory, they weren't just added on by someone afterwards. They are pretty rare and expensive nowadays because most people don't take them out on the road anymore.
Hi Randy. I would love to know if you can start that 1950 Ford? 🤔
And he puts it on the watch list lol , I like that ford
Unrestored post-war sedans bring very little money. A nice condition shoebox sedan like this, run, drive and stop with a halfway decent paint job and totally serviceable interior...we got $4400 for it and were happy we found the right buyer. Flathead V8's are desired but only when the engine is in a "special" car which normally means coupe.
Hey Ho! "Good on Nick"! I vote YES and encourage the Idea. This writer did the same WAY BACK in 1968 in the midst of a War. Nick is going in peacetime. Pick the Branch that he likes. Then he can put in 20yrs and retire at 38 yrs old. And then start a 02nd career. GO NICK!
That Ford ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love to see the Ford on the channel
When a pair of shoes feels great to your feet from the moment you put them on then that's a great shoe
U should buy the 1950 ford and do a restoration like u did on the 57 Chevy
Buy the volt if it goes cheap, they're good little cars
Awesome video keep up with a great work and be safe out there.
I may check out those shoes. I've had heel pain for like 7 years now. Only ones that kinda help are Asics
Appreciate the walk-around Randy 💯👍. Yep that chevy bolt had a waterline on the center console. I heard Rods for a split second. Hope you have a better day dude 🎬🚘🫡✌️
If you get the chance, try a Buick Verano since you had good luck so far with Opel.
The Chevy volt is the only hybrid vehicle I've seen that I actually like the looks of.
Another great walk around I enjoyed this alot and thays pretty cool that nick wants to go to the military and I think he would do great in the military. Anyways keep up the great work much love to ya randy have a good one take care god bless and I will see ya on the next one
I wish you pulled up the ad for the 1950 so we could see what it was going for . Really not that bad for the year and if it starts up someone should buy it . Nice car . There are times I see something old in your videos and you walk by it in the distance. Eg Morris minor And I m going please you walk over to it .
My youngest nephew said he was going to go into the military but now he is thinking more of a weekend warrior
haha that is funny
Dang, $50 a day storage? They must want to recover cost from the years it was stored there. Unless they escalate the rate the longer it is there. I paid $5 per day for the Celica. Luckily it was only a couple of days.
Love the Ford Freaking Rangers🤗
Man the brand new RAM is already in the shop.
Randy I’d like to see that white Avalon at 22:52 if you ever find it again!
Fr that Toyota Avalon looks awesome
The deal on European car reliability is that they have a more intensive maintenance schedule that the European market is accustomed to. Well maintained cars tend to be more reliable than low maintained cars. Americans tend to want long maintenance schedules and even then will typically stretch it even further. The key for that Mercedes was still somewhere in the car. When the transmitter signal is weak the fob needs to be inserted. The old shoebox Ford had likely been stolen and then recovered after the insurance payout.
Come on EVERYONE it’s FEBRUARY 4th, 2025. LETS GET AUTO AUCTION REBUILDS FROM 498k, SUBSCRIBED TO OVER A HALF MILLION Subscribers!!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉 IT WILL HAPPEN if not sooner it will happen THIS MONTH.✅👍👍👍 VIDEO EVERY DAY! RESPECT YOU and your FAMILY 🙏🙏
Buy the Ford!!!!
Even if the Volt won't start, you can salvage the battery and get about $2500 - $3000. Plus it's got lots of good condition collision parts. (That crank event did not sound good)
Was wondering if those were brooks or not. My favorite shoes by far having a wide foot.
I lived in Oklahoma most of my life Tulsa I moved down here to Florida about 9 and a half years ago and I would never go back to Oklahoma I really like it down here
Buy that white Ford limited pick up. Get a key made. You know it’s a good truck since someone does not want anyone else get it.
I just wanted to say that i LOVE this TH-cam Channel, please dont stop posting new videos. This channel brings great JOY & Happiness to alot of people!! I LOVE watching this channel after i get home from work with me & my young son, its the only thing that we enjoy watching together as he has learned so much about cars in general from your channel. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
Hi Randy:
I wish you had an opportunity to visit our local Baltimore CoPart.
We had a 2008 Acura TL-Type S, which had the high performance package. Unfortunately, last month this perfectly maintained car was rear ended at a stop light by someone on a cell phone driving a beat-up old Ram pickup.
Yesterday we had to let the insurance company take the car as it would have cost us too much to get it fixed.
We obviously no longer have any financial interest in the car, but we hate to see it junked. We bought the car new for our daughter after she was injured in a T-bone accident in a car with no airbags. We wanted something as safe as possible, and this Acura had all the latest safety equipment and was built so well that the doors sounded like a bank vault closing.
We’d love to see someone buy it with the tools and skills to put it back on the road. It was always garage kept, well maintained using only full synthetic oil, received a new battery last May, and had a full timing belt service and water pump replacement by an Acura dealer just 4,000 miles ago. The car currently has 78,211 miles on it and runs perfectly on a nearly new set of Michelin tires.
I hope you don’t mind my mentioning this in your comment section, but we hope someone local sees this and can rescue it and get it back on the road. It’s too good and rare a car to be parted-out.
It’s at the Baltimore CoPart yard as lot number 43625335 and listed as a pure sale.
Thanks!
I live in Frankfurt Germany and I drive a 2024 Porsche Cayenne Turbo E Hybrid SUV and I absolutely love it but someday I wood love to get a turbo diesel truck someday
Hey, if you find a 08 Lincoln navigator in the lot do a video on it and you might like it.
Then have yall considered moving to Florida or at least buying a summer or winter house in Florida? That would be awesome content to be able to video from other states
My first car was a 1952 Ford Station wagon with a flathead V8. I'd buy something similar for the right price!
That old Ford is cool. The old flathead engine was not the fastest, but was the first american v8 engine.
Get the shoe box ford, you’ll get the views.
Hi Randy.
Yes get that old Jeep Cherokee.
Hope it has the 4.0 Lt. Six.
Get Hoka shoes! You’ll love them after they’ve molded to you
❤ You’re back 😀
Hey there Randy aren’t you able to use your universal key that you showed us in your last video to start the cars that have no keys?
hey randy, if you can find a 2019 or newer LIMITED f150, they come with 450 horsepower stock and being a twin turbo 3.5 good on fuel, you cant go wrong, because I got one, lol
Good Morning Rebuilds 💪
Isn't that what they call a shoe box Ford?
if I remember correctly the 1940 was the shoebox but I could be mistaken
It's a shoebox. Yes. '49-54 I believe. I think there's a body style update in '55
@TheChadvarnell that's what I thought. Thanks for the info on it. I know very little about those Fords.
‘49-‘51 were the “Shoebox” Fords. ‘52 was a new body style and ‘53 was the last year of the Flathead V8.
love brook shoes myself. I bought VEssi shoes too, through your channel, and they're great. Do you still have yours? That 1950 Ford would be good for your show.
That limited ford is pretty
2008 F150 had a revised engine so some of the issues with older ones was addressed
I know the sparkplug thing was changed to a 1 piece design
Randy.....Hear me out, buy the 50 wash it buff it and clear coat it, then put the drive terrain from the Seahorse in it!!!!!! The views alone on that build would support your channel for a year.
When you go to a used car lot, most expensive import cars are abused or not maintained.
Grab that 50 ford if you get the chance.
Yea id turn that 50 into a drag car for sure with a beautiful paint job
Just curious about your truck. Whatever is wrong with it would it be covered under warranty? I am sorry you probably mentioned it but I don’t remember
14:08 I haven’t seen that car ever since I went to Italy
Can you make a video mentioning what happened to your 2025 ram?
BMW X4......A bumper, a fender, and maybe a headlight. Randy thats not that bad. Why pass on that?
