If you guys are wondering what the build is, I'm guessing it's Arcane Boots Clock of Destiny Lightning Truncheon Holy Crystal Divine Glaive Blood Wings
@@breakmykneecaps It's not always the hero, it's the user. A good Xavier can be a pain to deal with (60% wr with 600+ matches with him). Mostly, I use Xavier for in mid-late game and in team fights because that's where he shines, and as long as your positioning is good then your opponents will have a hard time catching you. He's more of a team fighting hero than the typical burst mage assassin types like Eudora. Do CDR build to abuse his passive to annoy more of your opponents to possibly give a green light to your allies (Well, if your teammates are good then you can do great.) And late, game he has a good wave clear for me when defending the base. Since this is recent, here is my current build with Xavier in the current meta: 1. Magic Shoes 2. Enchanted Talisman 3. Lightning Truncheon 4. Blood Wings 5. Winter Truncheon / Immortality 6. Necklace of Durance / Holy Crystal / Divine Glaive

He's food for assassins. Without a good tank that can set he will be useless if he's targeted.
He's so bad lmao, free kills and always feeding. His ult can't even deal 50% percent of enemies health. Anybody can beat him in 1v1.
