Push the Inner shoulder up! Lower body should lean, but level your shoulders!
If you wanna get fast build muscle and learn to lean, do short track speed akating it can help you alot and build more muscle than hockey for sure

His toes are touching the ice damn near. That’s crazy
he’s still got a few tricks up his sleeve on skating we don’t know
He pushes very hard into the ice as well more than other guys do.
Having enough steele is number 1
But notice his head and upper body are still over his center of mass
That is speed skating I do it and he also has to get lower

hockey skates are no where near speed skates guy, any lower and you lose an edge and you’re wiping out.
