For some strange reason, this site feels quite familiar. Everything in the city gives off a dreamlike vibe, as if it's much more off when there's nobody else in the city but you. Otherwise, everything is literally the greatest, and you must have spent a long time in the city, and you need a lot more subs.
Watching this in the middle of the pandemic not being able to go outside really brings tears to my eyes

This is awesome. I love how you have also not gone overboard trying to cram stuff in to make Minecraft seem more realistic then it is. People try and hide any part that shows loads blocks by adding unnecessary detail. I think you have a great balance, and if someone wanted to come in with a furnature mod it would also work well. Great job. Definately gonna watch a few times for tips. I love the carpets on table effect.

A tutorial takes too long. I’ve built a city myself and what you need to do is build a road, then build slots beside the road, and then fill them in with various buildings. Then rinse and repeat.

Absolutely stunning! It is kind of eerie in a way tho, especially at night when it was raining, this big yet dark city with lights that don't give off much light and with no people gave a sort of indescribable feeling
I'm actually working on a city right now, it's coming along nicely. Still lots of work to do but it really pays off.

The amount of effort put into this is incredible.
I also really like how buildings aren’t clustered with furniture. It’s a decent amount of furniture
I build cities too, and I have problems with
1. Putting too much furniture
2. Making buildings too small
And 3. Giving the city a great amount of detail
My world would look way better with shaders.

Imagine making this a server and inviting players on and introducing some sort of currency. This is insane.
Just imagine a server with maybe 5000 people "living" in this city. You could sell Houses or flats in the skyscrapers. And you would have to buy your interior at IKEA. And you could fly with a plane to a survival or free build creative world. Maybe also to another city!

Me and my friends have a world in minecraft and we've had it for about four years and we made a city in it and I mean a proper city like with apartment complexes and office buildings and skyscrapers and we still add on to it to this day in the beginning we just wanted to make something really amazing but it really strengthened our bonds as a whole and that's why I really love minecraft, I still remember the day I purchased minecraft, I was about eight or nine and I was with my mum in the good ol game stop I just recently got a xbox 360 and she wanted me to pick out a game for it so I saw minecraft, I dunno why but I just chose it out of many games and I remember coming home and me and my brother and sister were playing it we each had our own worlds we watched skydoesminecraft in those days so I named my world butter and me and my siblings mostly played on that one we made a treehouse a mansion a dog mansion and a parkour spot and sadly that world somehow got corrupted so we couldn't play on it anymore after that my siblings both started to lose intrest in minecraft, a year later we got the xbox one and that's when I met my friends that I made the city world with I think I just started middle school ,we started making the city world a few months later, and the thing that made our city world so great is that it wasn't a super flat world yea it made it harder to build on but it made it look more realistic we had airports military bases and everything the real world had we're making more roads so the streets and paths will look better and I sometimes think to myself thinking that future 40 year old me would probably be thinking that for some reason I don't talk to those friends anymore I'm glad I had them in my childhood thank you minecraft.
I did the same thing with my 'used to be' best friend. We built a city and we loved it but soon, like two years later, when I visited my home country, we weren't close anymore after I moved to another country and he deleted our privileged city world and pretended it was lost. Now I play by my self. But I'm glad he was my friend. At least I have memories of this game and he was my buddy. I don't have time for the game now because my little brother watches the tv sometimes and I can't play during the day because I'm not allowed but that's fine.

The first music makes me always cry. The melody is so nostalgic, It let’s me think about those 2012-2015 times when I was a young kid, playing in those summer times, and even when It was snowing back in the old winter times.
