Hi eddy, These projects are not delivered till yet so exact maintenance charges can not be revealed but I can give an idea which, generally, I get from Godrej people. Maintenance charges would be somewhere around Rs 4/sqft and the maintenance company, most likely, would be CBRE. Thanx

Will there be any wall partition between godrej nest and nurture? The same question applies to pious hideaways and orchards? If everyone can go across that would be good as the garden area will be huge.
