Audio had to be muted for around 20 seconds at 29:14 since I accidentally left in a Suicide Boys song and it got claimed. It didn't really matter because the video still got claimed for the street fighter music I used. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to leave them in the comments below.
i remember shant making a poll on his twitter saying "would you rather quit gaming or quit youtube" so it seems like he probably had a valid reason to stop with youtube, im gonna miss him anyways cuz i'll probably never know what he's been up to ever again.
this video is so nostolgic, i saw some other guys comment on quality but dude tbh, video is great to me, was a trip down memory lane and i loved it, u earned a sub
hey man, i’ve liked uhc and minecraft for as long as i’ve been a conscious being. I got into it when I was very young, now I am 19, I grew up watching cube uhc + miscellaneous badlion uhcs my fav youtubers (like huahwi) played. And recently I’ve had this undying itch for minecraft and the uhcs (good ole days) and couldn’t help but also come up with this conclusion. Everything about jde stands out, at the time of his crazy peak of pvp he would’ve only been around 17-19 years old, which is absolutely insane. I found his videos (which are now mostly privated and gone) so hilarious, I liked his humor and honesty “realness”. I like how in united uhc he was feared the one season he was featured in (season 5) wish he couldve made season 6. That would’ve changed that season’s outcome 100%. seeing as nikolai won that one but that season came out way too long later. (2019). I’m not sure as to what I hope comes in the future, uhc, or minecraft itself-is basically dying out slowly but surely… I don’t see a day in the future that jde comes back to minecraft, or youtube even, since now he is surely to be in his 20s/heading into mid 20s. Thanks for this video. I would’ve never known the high stakes (placements matter, if you die fast you don’t move on) and I remember jde dying to a zombie but couldn’t for the life of me remember what uhc it was.. so sad. Never saw the other uhc he died first in, a few of these clips I had never seen so props for that. Anyway, good video, amazing youtuber, I hope to hear more from jde in the future ;-;
@@crwepy I’m glad you enjoyed the video! I also think Jde is done with Minecraft for good, along with most Badlion players. 2019 - early 2020 was the best time for Badlion to reunite, but it didn’t happen. I think most people involved in Minecraft PvP are under the age of 18 and grow out of it once they hit adulthood. Back when there was only like one, maybe two generations of PvPers it was really shocking when Badlion players started quitting in mass, but now there will be players I remember blowing up in Covid that I don’t realize have been inactive for a year, probably since they are now at college and have less free time.
Tbf there is a lot of newgen players compared to oldgen players. People like xNestorio and Technoblade only had 100-200k during the time I talk about in the video. Now they are well past that but are still mainly known for PvP.
Lets be honest, there is no one best PvPer as PvP is subjective and all players are good at different things. That being said if you want to see the best PvPer Jde is as close at you’ll get to perfection
Honestly Jd was a phenomenal player, however, before him I would put Chanse, Rex, Smqcked and Blue Deww. I know that many did not get to see them in their prime, but they were simply the best. Personally I consider that in terms of talent there was and will never be anyone like Chanse.
Tbh, no one knows who’s really the greatest. No hate like Danteh was like the best for someone people but he still lost like fights with other badlion players. (Before he quit for overwatch)
I would put brndy as best player, overall, he was good in SG, he was good in UHC and he was good in nodebuff, all three main categories overall. For sure, jde up there, best UHC and really good in SG, but he was not that good in no debuff. That is my criteria, I've rarely seen someone be good in all. If we remove SG and replace it with Soup, Danteh is the best, but I'm sure Danteh would do good in SG also, but for me, brndy. No rod PVP is also part of PVP, which many people don't take into account, try Pot PVP and see how hard it is. You have a video on brndy's channel vs jdegoederen in nodebuff.
Thanks for watching one of the oldest videos I’ve ever made lol. Huahwi I don’t think I’ll ever make a full video on because I’ve already talked about his role in the Cube SMP/UHC, which I think is the most interesting thing to talk about with him even though he is more of a MC:SG guy. Tylarzz I’ve thought about, and I might eventually, but unlike people like Jdegoederen or xNestorio he doesn’t have that good of a “story” that I think would make for an interesting TH-cam video.
Best pvpers are for build uhc bloje sweatgod rain dynasty Most of the build players from 2016-2021 are actually better and the newer pot pvpers jewdah modifier jerseys lastro and staind if some of the older pvpers still played maybe but theres so many new things to pvp they won’t be able to keep up the best build uhc players i say who where active where chanse tylarzz iHACKlite Jde but if they played still they wouldn’t stand a chance a random would be better then them now a days
I disagree with your view, my friend. If these players continued to play 'til today, they would be better than the average players. Just remmeber back on those days, they had no comparison. Nowadays, things wouldn't be so different.
They missed the taste of playing MC and that's why most of them quit. What these new players (such as sweatgod, Straight, iusehuzuni) have, right now, is this like of playing the game. Due to that, they perform incredibly good (as well as Danteh, Tylarzz, Jde would do in the past).
I appreciate how much time you spent going through his videos to compile this video but i feel like all of this effort went to waste considering: -The music is way too loud, your voice is way too quiet. -The video is mostly his videos put together for an hour with you showing up to say "he won by beating this guy" every few minutes. -"nobody knows"? Excuse me? Did i get put in an alternative timeline where he doesnt have 60000 subscribers? -I don't think any actual pvp community member considers technoblade to be a good pvper let alone the best. As to jde, maybe arguably the best uhc player? But not the best pvper. Most of the top players would be able to beat him in a fair 1v1. The reason those players are mostly unknown outside of their own communities is because they dont upload to youtube, or they dont get famous while doing so.
This video was made for a more mainstream audience, and since Jdegoederen hadn’t made a video since 2018, so I don’t think most people who started keeping up with PVP videos in 2019 and later would know him now. I do agree with your other points though. There’s really only so much you can say about a fight in Minecraft, and I think my voice is a little inconsistent throughout the video.
I personally think technoblade is really good, and people don't realize how skilled he really is. Check his ranked skywars stats. He got masters division. He's been playing for longer than the majority of the community. He might not be the best, but he's certainly very very good
@@YT7mc Hes good, but it's not his pvp that gets him these wins; it is his exceptional game sense. He is a excellent at creating strategies and executing them which usually do not primarily involve pvp. He would definitely outsmart someone like Marcel in a skywars game... but in a traditional pvp match he would be demolished. Just by watching his videos I can clearly tell that he would never be able to compete with real pvpers that know all of the mechanics. Technoblade does not click fast, he doesn't have the most accurate aim compared to someone like swaumpie, and his strafing is passible in my opinion. And just so you know stats do not always accurately show someones skill and everyone knows that Technoblade can cheat the system with relative ease.

Fantastic video + nostalgic af. Honestly, deserves a ton more views. Keep up the good work Bruhlie, your content rocks.
Glad you enjoyed it!

jde is definitely one of the best of all time, He literally won all the big uhcs back then. Thank for this great video and for the memories!
