seasonal depression is so real and it’s hard to talk about. no one around me really believes in it so I’ve been isolating myself a lot & it’s weird. feel better babe just do things that bring you joy✨
I totally agree. And it’s so weird because for me personally I’m relatively happy and healthy and can’t complain but from Jan- March when the winter is really harsh here I always feel the most down during those times which is why I totally love Emma’s idea of going somewhere warm during those times. It’s interesting too because the weather totally also affects my mood.
I get seasonal depression really bad as well. It begins now with the fall changes and continues until spring. Going on warm vacations is the only thing that helps so far for me.
School has been so stressful and I really just needed this 😭💕
