Please look at stretches and some strength training exercises! Repetitive movements kill your wrists. 😭I powered through with crochet and learned the hard way. I had to wear a wrist brace at work for two weeks and I couldn't contribute what I usually can. Some people have had to get surgery for not taking care of their hands and wrists. So please take breaks when you can and stretch and do a little strength training for your wrists. 💕 Congrats on 10K!

If you experience wrist fatigue try keeping your wrist so it doesn’t bend at all. Some people use a brace to help keep their hand straight :)
This is such a great tip! I used to wear the brace but it made my skin itchy LOL so I will have to try something different! Thank you 😊

where did you get your punch needle frame and the fabric that protects the edges?! and what kind of fabric do you use? i used to always use monks cloth but your fabric looks a bit different than mine did

I use the app called ATracker!
I always wondered if you have to remove each color and restring it through the punch needle pen thing every time you use a different color. If so, would it save you some time if you have the ones you use most of with its own needle pen thingy? I don't know how much they go for but if they aren't too much is it worth it to have multiple so you don't have to unstring and restring them constantly? Love your channel! Thanks for sharing! ❤
I do yes! It really doesn't take up much time switching colours, but that is a neat idea if ever I had a REALLLY large amount of orders to get out! Thank you for the suggestion 🥰

Hello Mía, I noticed that the needle for the punch needle is in wood. Does it make a difference or not? I gave these in a set to my nephew and nieces and the love it. I am so glad and happy. Thank you for your channel.
