Midbeast is too humble showing us players who have not beaten Dopa, Chovy and Faker and cheering them up. I also love how he covers up Nemesis' cam with his own so we don't get distracted (it's not working) and focus on the gameplay.
Every base Nemesis is switching to sweeper and then back to yellow trinket. Every level you gain your ward cd gets reduced but it only applies after you switch a trinket. So that’s a handy trick to get more wards in early/mid.
That lee sin flashing to tank the ashe arrow is just crazy. Everybody knows on paper, that it's the correct play, but none of my junglers would ever do that, because it would mean they need to accept that I am the carry and nobody's ego seems to be able to take that.
For those who didnt know: you get the stardust no matter how the minions die you dont need to last hit so even if tower grabs the wave because enemy is zoning you just collect the starrdust with e.
This was actually a really good game to highlight because of the Kat matchup being one of his hardest. If you can beat a Kat as asol, you can beat most mid laners.
Yeah but beat mostly as in survive the early game to farm enough so you can start roaming, get few kills and assist and start powerspiking hard at 3 items. You're not really going to beat most people midlane 1v1 unless you're playing against a potato. I usually ban Kat all the time, but there are a lot of champions that will punish Asol if they know how to deal with him, such as Zed, Yasuo and popular control mages, such as Syndra and Viktor.
I only now just realized that you don't need to kill the minions to gain stacks from them. I thought Yas was stealing all his stardust by killing them, but it doesn't matter who gets the gold, asol gets stardust regardless.
@@arugula517 I'm gonna have to challenge you on that one. I don't see any evidence of that in the game. You get 1 stack per small minion that dies within your E, regardless of whether or not you deal the killing blow.

Nemesis is easily top 2 mid in eu(maybe even top 1)and is only not on a team because of some bad reputation which is not really based off of much and doesn't at all explain the treatment he's getting. I get it that he wouldn't accept an offer from bad teams, but based on what I heard he hasn't even gone to a try out which is completely ridiculous.
ive been taking comet most games and i have never seen it do more damage on a champ. not teemo, veig, swain, lux, xerath, brand, you name it. i did 7k with comet in a 33 minute game. trying to stop loving ultimate hunter so i can run inspiration or resolve secondary that sounds good
also, and this part is super troll, but i stopped buying boots. i normally advocate for early boots to my friends when they struggle in lane or in general, so it's odd to not ever get them but it seemed to pay off. half the time you are tanking in your Q or flying with W anyway lmao.

Something i didn't hear you mention in this video about Aurelion @Midbeast is for example at 15:30 when he goes in with his W. Kata jumps behind him and he loses so much time turning around with his Q. But his Q has no cd while in W. So stopping the cast of his Q, puting his mouse behind him on kata and casting Q again would have been much faster. I'm learning Aurelion myself and that's something i'm trying to work onto. He goes Comet, manaflow, trancendence and scorch or sometimes gathering storm (its like free 100 ap 30 min with deathcap) and second tree, this is the spicy one, he goes cheap shot (it does insane dmg with his E and cuz he rushes rylais first he get so much value thru the game) and second relentless hunter (for roaming and getting back faster to lane). Now items: First buy is obv the tear, he then rushes Rylais (sometimes he sneaks in a dark seal) cuz it has insane value and synergy with his kit, he then goes ROA second (not cuz of the lvl up passive) but cuz it gives so much hp/mana and A-sol is a battlemage , after that he finishes the tear and get Seraphs. This is his core build, after that u can pretty much go whatever u want/need/feel. Boots-Zhonyas-Void is usually how he ends the build, even if he is fed af. Cuz most dmg comes from the stacks and rylais and not the ap it self, but ofc u can do deathcap/shadowflame if u want
I've watched Nemesis and LS build Roa on Sol and Liandry looks way better. It gives you more dmg in mid game to not be useless until the scaling hits, it synergizes better with rylai and you don't need Roa's hp in late game since there's so much dmg in the game that if your placement is shit you'll die anyway; the mana also doesn't really matter as you have enough dmg in late game to kill before running oom (and you even have tp to come back full HP/mana in late game tf's usually). Now of course I didn't test anything as I can't play currently but from the little I've watched this is what I thought. The comet/domination runes look interesting tho.
Imo there needs to be a league short sr option. With sped up passive gold income and initial starting gold like aram. Would ofc need balancing and work. But guess what, league numbers are going down and the game needs to mitigate the frustration of spending 35 mins and losing. It's contributed a huge amount to reviving CSGO

My new favourite champ! I've been spamming him hard the past few days and all of my games look something like 24/3 KDA where I am even able to carry 4v5's with such scores, S+ and top of the damage done by a huge margin. This champion is absolutely insane and at the moment, it's the only champion I feel I can win any game with, regardless. none of that uncertainty you get with other champs, especially in low elo's where people have no idea how to deal with him or punish him early game. The thing is, I am not sure exactly how Riot could nerf him without taking him his most important strength which is the dominant late game. At least not without touching his Q. His whole power late game comes from him continuously spamming Q + Rylai slow. The rest of the kit is complementary. So maybe they teak something about E and ult, but if they touch his Q, I feel like his late game potential goes away. Anyways, I personally like going Rod of Ages on him since it helps with both mana and durability, gives healing and helps with getting ahead in XP. Is Lyandri so much better or is Rod of Ages an equally good pick? I can definitely see why Lyandri is a really good mythic for him, just like the feel of RoA more :D
Yeah, I don't know why is Anivia's Ult needs her to be nearby. Anivia should be not tethered by it and she should be able to create multiple snowstorms to make her more accurate to her fantasy as a Cryophoenix that caused Blizzards and snowstorms.

Nemesis is one of the best scaling champ players. Tryndamere, Veigar, Kayle, Kassadin and now Asol. The champs he is known for are all hyper scalers.
