I'll be moving to the area in the future! Was the noise bad even from high up? Did anything bad ever happen crime-wise? Like did y'all walk to get groceries at KP/WFM or drive? I hear things are a little better now than they were in 2022
the noise was pretty bad!!! we drove but our car got broken into twice :/ would not recommend moving into our specific building 17th and broadway as we got hit with some outrageous move out fees and they were unresponsive about it. i hope the area is better now though lake merritt is beautiful!!!

I would highly recommend not moving here LOL they treat you so badly after you're not a resident anymore and hit you with ridiculous move out charges. It's called 17th and Broadway if you're curious
