Well, even from knowing smoking is injurious to health, people get into smoking, so awareness of how it effects won't be that effective to make them leave the addiction, cuz they know it already
Simple but hopefully very effective. If it had shown her doing a lap of the running track and getting out of breath quickly it might have worked even better. It also shows that sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind, like I had to be with my father.
