Hi Tom, please take care when shoveling snow. There are videos you can find online that demonstrate which type of shovel to use and how to push the snow safely to avoid the scooping/tossing action, which is what causes cardiac events. You’re so important to so many people… pease be careful! 🥺🤍

here in Upstate NY it is freezing! the storm wasnt too bad, but afterwards the wind and temperatures have been brutal that im freezing even with a heater on 😂

I used to always put cream and sugar in my coffee back in college. Started having stomach issues and got tired of having to put it in before work/class every morning. I never thought I’d enjoy black coffee one day, but here I am - it is absolutely an acquired taste similar to beer. There is good and bad black coffee though - I think DD, McDs, and Starbucks all have really poor tasting black coffee.
