they didn't copy, they got the approval, they paid the folks, they credited them, and also they got to co-produce as well so...i don't want to hear that they copied sh!t. im just glad the 80's - 90's is coming back. when i took Taekwondo, they didn't say wtf, why you copying Korean martial art, no, they were honored that i showed interest in their culture, and it led me to their food, films and kpop.
Bunny is Hyeins true alien form (from the bunny shaped ufo).. hyein is her human disguise but for some reason only the boy can see her as no one else interacts with her entire video. Bunnys creepy look reminds me Frank the Rabbit from the movie 'donnie darko' in that movie frank is a supernatural entity who only donnie can see.. much like only the boy can see hyein... the film is also about time travel and if you watch closely the dance scenes keep flipping from 80s to present day in this. Minji, Haerin, Hanni, Dani and 'the guy' seem to be paranormal investigators as at the start they get out of a van laden with equipment on top and 'supernatural' written on it along with logo (like the ghostbusters ecto-1 car).. its likely they are investigating the supernatural goings on in the city with the strange weather, zebra unicorn and UFO activity... thats my short version theory. longer version will bore you

They did the Bobby Brown, Every Little Step dance and the New Edition moves when they were dancing at the🎤 and that In Living Color, Fly Girl part is on hit, if you were a big fan of them in the early 90's, you should know the part, it would have been hard if Bobby Brown and New Edition would have made a cameo.😂

New Jeans has clearly been sampling from an earlier era, gave credit to who has been helping them make their music, etc, it’s ok to say it out loud. It’s also ok to point out things that make them nostalgic to a time when they were young and the music that was put out during that time and draw similarities between the two. Save your name calling for the real issues in the world.
