That is a tricky question, but if you look the context of the sentence, this is NOT a subject question, because it's not asking WHO likes music, but the kind of (what). The subject question would be "who likes music?" "She likes music". Based on the answer, you can compare if it's a subject or object question. So, the real form is "What KIND OF music does she like?" We are asking about her preferences. I think this isn't a subject or object question.

Who do you love? - You are the person having feelings
Who loves you? - Somebody else is the person who has feelings, not you, you are the object here.
