    I no longer try to sleep without these hypnoses. I'm thinking, forget it, I'm too stressed to sleep, over and over.. and then I fall out. Every single time. I can't thank you enough. Insomnia is a curse, and I'd stopped believing in any other solution besides pills. This is so much better. Thank you, thank you 🙏 ❤

    Your voice is A+ You should provide video voiceover services. You would think that there would be an endless supply of great voices. Nope! Go for it.

    Sleep is a precious gift. I was a live in caregiver and ever since I got sick and couldn't work anymore, my body and mind doesn't get tired and sleepy now. I use to couldn't wait for bed and would fall right to sleep. Now I go to bed and just lay there for hours and hours, keep checking the time. I'm so glad I found you. Your voice is so soothing and you speak the perfect words. Now I even go into that deep sleep and even dream. Thank you so much for caring for us all and making this video for a reatful, good night sleep 😴.

    excuse me for double-dipping- i just felt compelled to share how my dog gets up and moves closer to the speaker as soon as he hears your voice, takes a deep contented breath, and burrows under the blankie.
    he rarely responds to audio.
    has good taste eh?🐾🐾💞

    That’s madness bcoz my dog didn’t move from the moment it went on. He’s fifteen and usually coughs while he gets comfy and even sleeping but he hasn’t moved. I’m loving this too. I’ll get bk to it and again, again and again.

    @StevejoHarris-SleepHypnosis My dog thinks I put this on for him. As soon as you start speaking , he plops down on the floor next to my bed and lets out a big sigh.😂 You should do animal meditations because your voice is so mesmerizing and comforting and soothing. Thanks for putting me and my Roscoe into a coma for 7 hours.

      ​@@HonestlyHolistic, yes these work, but wouldn't it be nice for the animals to hear trigger words like: walk, good boy (girl), outside, treat, roll over, lie down, bedtime, etc.? I just love my dog and want something special for him. ❤❤❤🐶🐕🐾

    Turned this on without thought. I needed sleep. I rested well through the night. I even got up 15 minutes earlier than normal and I got everything done got to work on time because I got rest. I’m feeling happy and able to take on the day.

    I tried this a couple of days ago so, so far it has worked twice in a row. I have tried so many things to help my insomnia and gardly anything helps. But this video keeps me asleep. Until youtube plays a video from a different channel, then i wake up and put this video back on. So, next i am going to try the playlist so that i have hypnotherapy all night long. Im hoping it works because i like this video and I haven't tried any others yet.

    Dearest Steviejo, I have been wishing to send a big thank you for several months at least, never I thought I would be someone who hipnosis works on however you have got me to sleep so many times I have lost count, your content has been amazing and I am so greatful for the time you take to help me and others in need.
    Since my mum passed away unexpected last year I have PTSD ontop of severe insomnia where I get so tence that I can not explain the pain it leaves me in.
    I have had very little help from my doctors leaving my anxiety so severe but you relieve my tence feelings therefore relaxing me until it returns the next day.
    How you say in the videos which I love the encouragement like you are doing it just rite and much more which is calming in its self.
    The power of suggestion is incredible and how clever the brain is with the unconcious or subconcious, whatever suits the individule what word they prefer to use just facinates me.
    We only use a small percentage of our brain but more can totally be unlocked or opened with this, only after learning more about hipnosis it is unbelievabe how it works along with the capability of the brain, concious or not.
    You have been of such an exceptional use to me at the worst time of my life and I can not thank you enough.

      What lovely kind words, insomnia and sleep apnea and PTSD and anxiety depression suffer myself I totally agree with everything you said I found my dad dead at 15 someone injected him with rat poison and it messaged me up bad I listen to steviejoe every night to try and sleep he's the best by far

    I played this in the morning, for about 2hrs, having had a broken sleep- & I had the weirdest dreams- I was in places I’ve never been to before - it was like I wasn’t sure if I could even make it back, but it helped me 😊

    Warning: this is good habit-forming! I put it on every night, nestle into bed, and let your magical words lull me into a sweet dream. A few minutes later, I drift off. Now it's morning, and I'd have forgotten those moments if I hadn't started this message before falling asleep. Insomnia has haunted me since I was 10, so when I say "thank you," it's with all my heart. ❤

    I hoped this would help,I have not slept more than 2 hours at most for several years .I have insomnia .if tried everything. Unfortunately this has not worked for me. I did feel it was very calming though.

      Same problem for me. I've had insomnia for at least 20 years. I hate having to use pills to fall asleep. And I only use them when I haven't slept in like days.
      I don't know when it started when I was young. I never had this problem and even though I have no worries, I still have problems falling asleep.

    This is super duper relaxing. My method I focus on my body, starting at my head, moving down the body contracting every muscle group as hard as I can. All the way down to feet contracting my feet muscles hard, hold for a moment. Then I relax completely from feet to head. I Imagine I am feeling so warm in my “black velvet place “ where nothing exists. I release everything in my brain..somehow I manage to float off…into my velvet nothingness.I usually do this for 20 mins maybe 30. Was I meditating? Or what is this state of relaxation? Thanks. In parting I’ll say WOW that guy is good.

Hypnosis and Meditation go hand in hand but the main difference is when you are thinking about the here and now and trying to relax with breathing techniques or focusing on body parts this is Meditation....Hypnosis is falling into a trance like state in order to recondition your thought pattern and help with issues that are and have been troubling you for a longer period of time.     Steviejo - may i request an extra long hypnosis for hypnophobia and resetting the circadian rhythm?
    As a severe chronic insomniac, i have tried everything for well over a decade. i dread dread dread nightime still...
    Something about your hypnoses really strikes a chord in me that other hypnotherapists do not.
    Please consider it? i really believe you can do it effectively.

      Hello and thank you for listening and commenting, I have not yet recorded a video on circadian rhythm but until I do here are a few helpful tips; Try to follow a set routine everyday, Avoid Nicotine, caffeine and Alcohol in the evening before going to bed, Get as much fresh air during the day as you possibly can, turn off TV or any devices when trying to sleep except my videos :-)
      These few tips should help you find better sleep but if you are still struggling please let me know so I can help....Pleasant Dreams...Steviejo

      First thing to do is throw away the idea of going to sleep, hypnosis is not about going to sleep. Its a state of relaxed consciousness, when I threw out the thought of going to sleep it worked.

    I feel like I’ve been made love to and not in a sexual sense! But In a mental physical and emotional sense. 😮 I been listening to this everyday for months. But I never listened with the intention of staying awake. Oh my god the meadow!!!! I used my vape and I swear I see colors and felt waves! The way he speaks!       You might have your speakers on too loud. Try it at a lower decibel.

Some might need a few minutes and others an hour there is no exact time and that is good so. We never know what is going on in someones life and what they have experienced so the longer the better.       Hypnosis will work for you if you want and let it. Everbody can be hypnotized but not against their own will....so you will have to want it first.       Hello and thank you for commenting. I would like to ask you a few questions if you don´t mind. Did you drink coffee or caffeine drinks before going to bed? If you did this will keep your mind active and not relax you as needed. Did you eat something a couple of hours before? This will also let you fall asleep but after a bit you will be restless because of digestion. Are you able to let go and relax ?
      Hypnosis will work for you if you let it but you have to want it first and the rest will come automatically.. Please let me know what issue you are having and I will be more than happy to help. Have a wonderful day..Steviejo

My videos are all 3 hours long because some of us find rest and peaceful sleep the first few minutes while others need longer because we all have different things we are going through in life. The length is also important because if someone does happen to wake back up they can drift back to sleep because it is still playing.       Hello, thank you for listening and commenting. What causes you to not find sleep?
      Once you know that put it aside for a moment and just listen to my words and voice..let it calm you. Don´t try to read into anything I´m saying just live in the moment and concentrate on your breathing...In and out...In and out...once you have done that for a while take a deep breath in through your nose hold it 5 seconds and let it out 8 seconds long..this will get you calm and relaxed...then you can finally start to find that well deserved rest. Please also remember what we do or eat before bedtime is very important which means no heavy meals before lying down and no caffeine drinks which include coffee because that will just keep your head awake instead of letting it calm down....Have a wonderful day and an even better nights sleep...please let me know if this helps you...Steviejo

      Hello I make these extra long 1st of all because not all people are the same which means it might take some 20 minutes to fall asleep and others an hour..it really depends on what they are going through in life and 2nd if some do wake up during the recording and it is still playing then it is easier for them to fall back asleep.
