This was a pretty cool scripted duel. Honestly didn’t expect Yugi’s grandpa to win but makes me glad he did and with the new Exodia cards! I think this technically marks the first time Yugi actually lost a scripted duel (although I’d argue that this one was just Yugi himself without Atem and if I remember correctly every other scripted duel with Yugi always had Atem as well)
Yeah, Yami Yugi/Atem remains unbeaten as of the time of this comment. On the flipside, Wayne Greyson has won a scripted duel for the first time (Joey has won a scripted duel in the OCG but not the TCG yet).
