unfortunately, it seems you haven’t met the prerequisites for the run… you’ll only get the neutral ending like this
i recommend starting over and grinding encounters in a single room until you are unable to encounter any more monsters… you’ll know when it happens
once it’s been done, Toriel should be much easier to defeat, and the interactions in Snowdin will go differently…

I'll look into it, thanks. I've loved undertale for a while an only now I was able to play it, close friend of mine gifted it.
So, Even with my love towards the game seems im still a novice when it comes to actually playing the real thing, lol. Thanks for the heads up!
