Riot really loves Star Guardians, they already had Hiroyuki Sawano in the previous cinematic (Attack on Titan, Kill La Kill, Aldnoah Zero composer) and now they have Porter Robinson

The Star Guardian lore in Wild Rift goes like this. Everybody thought that Rakan died but Xayah refused to believe that he's dead. Xayah went to recruit Senna, Seraphine, and Orianna while fighting chaos monsters along the way. The team went to Earth and pretended to be high school students. Orianna tracked Rakan's energy signature to an arcade but Rakan was not there. The team had fun playing games at the arcade. Rakan made a surprise appearance after that but he was corrupted and evil. Xayah and the team fought and defeated Rakan but Rakan escaped by teleporting away. Ahri and Miss Fortune appeared to offer their help. Although Xayah didn't want them to join at first (Xayah called out Ahri for leaving her to die to Zoe), Xayah eventually let Ahri and Miss Fortune join the team (since her team is to weak to defeat Rakan and redeem him). New stories of the event will unlock in a few days so I'll see where the story goes in League of Legends: Wild Rift since I play it regularly.

10:34 A few years ago (soon after Odyssey event) Riot announced, that they won't make PvE events anymore, since they are not very popular and it's not worth the time and resources to make them. Having said that, it seems a lot of people have been asking for PvE event lately, so maybe Riot will change their mind. Also, Seraphine and the other champs, that got Star Guardian skins in Wild Rift, will get them in PC League later.
The odyssey event was the best thing that happend to league. I remember spending a lot of time trying to defeat the hardest mode, because it was just so har, but me and my friends still had way more fun that in PvP gamemodes. The joy after finnaly winning the hardest mode was the best feeling I had in league till this day.

Yes! League is Kai’Sa Akali, and Wild rift is Xayah Rakan. So before akali and kai were guardians there was a huge battle where all star guardians were fighting zoe, during the fight we found out that syndra was a double agent. Xayah was about to go deep into corruption but rakan gave her all his light and xayah got redeemed again, but rakan went deep into corruption. So in wild rift there is a new team. Xayah, Seraphine, Senna, Orianna, Ahri, Miss Fortune ( Xayah is the leader) and they r trying to redeem Rakan. (From a wild rift sera main
Yep, also the comics for this event tie into WR, same as Sentinels of Light. It explains how Xayah got her team together.

Im Kai'sa main and its very good skin and i enjoy is much + i got everysingle skin currently and I got the pass that has Star Guardian Ekko in it and I follow the lore of the event of the chapters and the star guardian stories, i got the chromas for Star Guardian Kai'sa all of them even the chroma that cost tokens. the red is my fav color so that is my fav chroma

aight claimin quickly here, kai'sa and akali is a couple. one of the person working in the project claimed so. it's a canon guys. I think the reason would be that they always put each other first. kai'sa would sacrifice herself, vice-versa for akali. you'll know if you read the novel.
akali was dissapointed and betrayed when kai'sa traded their bracelet for the star guardian position. she didn't want her to. she broke their promise (read the novel for more details). so yeah kai'sa even kissed the bracelet before giving it to lux so she prob did regret it but she did so to reunite with akali who's in the dark side. another cool detail if you notice, when lux was exchanging the 'star' for the pink flower bracelet, the star was in half, hinting that the other broken half might be owned by akali. they need to be combined.

@@Brick224 ofc it's unofficial cause she's not in riot anymore, so she's not under the obligation to follow the characters 'ambiguous' rules. she's one of the people working in the project so she knew what she's doing. riot won't just claim any of the speculation to be true cause they want to keep it that way. it's nice for her to confirm it for the fans :))
I mean... With the story background, it fits. It would be a problem if there wasn't a story behind it and claimed this to be true because in the music video, it just seemed that they were best friends.
