The government recognised the qualities of the scheme and have been rolling it out from the cities. The elders only have to pay a small percentage towards costs, the govt subsidises the remainder. It's been well received, and good that the younger generation are involved. Just hope they stay the course eh.
Here in America too. But unfortunately it's just not the elders. There are many many homeless and it is hard to make food if you don't have a place to live. And many cannot afford food if they have a place to live.
And with Trump as president the poor are just going to get poorer that's the only thing he cares about is keeping people out and spending money on that. He almost bankrupts this country trying to build that Wall. And he's going to spend billions more to get rid of the people that finally made it here

I been feeding homeless people for 21 years many of them have had success getting back to society with my help and my 4 sisters we call ourselves The Good Daughters. 16 of them now help us feed other homeless people in our neighborhood and also in another nearby town. I seen a video of a retired man who made soup and stews for the elderly in his own kitchen with the soup pans he had already. He posted on FB what he was making them posted when it was ready and until when they could come to pick up. One serving a person, but you can pick up for a neighbor also and he bought the sturdy to go container. Leftovers were posted on FB what was available. People would also donate money and veggies and meat to help!
I’m sitting here watching what an amazing guy this is. And it is so satisfying sitting here watching these elders getting served an amazing dish. Most people would find this quite boring to watch, but I just find it so satisfying. A great big thank you to that young man that not only thought of this, but actually did something about it

A lot of people in China help the poor without recording their good deeds and upload for the whole world to see. They won't let the old people stand in line (those behind waited for one hour or more). They distribute packed meals to homeless people, workers at construction sites and some deliver the packed meals to the old people's home.

A lot of people in China help the poor without recording their good deeds and upload for the whole world to see. They won't let the old people stand in line (those behind waited for one hour or more). They distribute packed meals to homeless people, workers at construction sites and some deliver the packed meals to the old people's home.
