It's already a little bit over full 2 months in Busan.
In this vlog I share you our daily adventures and how it was when meeting with subscribers from overseas, as well as what I cooked during Chuseok- Korean Thanksgiving day.

조심스럽게 말씀드리자면 부산은 이사 오기 전에 알던 것과는 달리 알면 알수록 즐길 수 있는 좋은 곳이 너무 많은 것 같습니다 :) 경치 좋은 곳들 뿐 아니라 생각지 못했던 맛집들도 정말 많은듯 해요..!

I plunged again in the scenery...I guess you'll never get bored of that place, where the sea is always changing...and Busan seems to be a perfect place to live in...I don't know how you do it, but in your former videos, Seoul seemed to be a perfect place to live in, as well- perhaps is your talent to show the beauty of places and people- and pets-of course. Such a talent that makes on-line friends want to travel there and meet you and your furry family...

오늘도 요리들 보면서 '저건 대체 어떤 맛이 날까?' 궁금증, 식욕 폭발.
요리 영상들이 가끔 눈에 들어와도 딱히 맛을 궁금해 하지는 않았는데, 요리 채널도 아닌 주제에(ㅋ) '나도 한 번 시도해 볼까?' 하는 무모한 동기부여를 가지게 하는 무서운 채널.
오늘도 힐링, 식욕 만땅으로 가져 갑니다. 좋은 오후되세요. 🥰

근데 (정색) 요리 한번 만들어 드셔보셔도 좋을듯요 ~!
갈비찜의 경우 배 쥬스, 대추즙이 들어간만큼 설탕이나 알룰로스는 줄이셔야 합니다~ (당연하지만^^) 저 갈비찜의 경우 알룰로스를 2 tbsp 정도 밖에 안넣었어요!

Hi Kish family. The early morning is the best part of the day, the fresh scent and the soft morning sun. I begin my day talking to the Lord in prayer. Such a good looking couple. it’s kind of you to meet your subscriber in a pleasant private moment. I hope both sides had fun, felt relaxed, and not nervous. Hey, I made Kimchi fried rice the other night. Have a great week!

Btw, did you try adding a tbsp or two of oyster sauce in your Kimchi fried rice? It’s really good that way. Claire loves my Kimchi fried rice :)
@@KiSHLog A tablespoon or two of Kimchi juice? Absolutely, yes. Also, shiitake mushroom, ham. Top with egg and shredded seaweed. Korean cuisine is the best.

Supermarket packet noodles are really good these days. I like to add green beans and broccoli flowerets blanched for 20 seconds in the noodle water before draining to add a bit of crunch and freshness. A fried egg on top and sometimes with bacon and I'm in heaven - and that's with no seaside view ROFL.
You know how to enjoy noodles my friend!

오늘 영상도 잘 봤습니다. 따뜻한 빛의 아름다운 풍경으로 시작해서 왜인지 모르게 추석즈음의 풍경부터는 저도 모르게 눈물을 한 두방울 흘리며 봤습니다.
키쉬님이 요리하는 과정에 담긴 먹는 사람을 위한 배려나 은은한 음악이 오늘 유독 더 와닿았던 것 같아요. 재료를 구하는 것부터 저는 잘 알지 못하는 미식의 세계가 난해하다기보다는 내 가족이 내 지인이 좋아하는 것으로 기억되는, 참 따뜻한 세계라고 느껴져요.
부산의 넓은 바다 풍경이 저를 좀 더 감성적으로 만드는지 이유는 정확히 알 수 없지만, 셀 수 없는 조각의 반짝이는 윤슬들이 제 머릿속을, 조금은 지친 한 주를 따뜻하게 바꿔주는 것 같아요.
아직 이번 주가 다 끝나지 않았고, 다음 주도 오겠지만 좀 더 여유롭고 배려하는 마음으로 맞이하고 싶습니다.

요리하는 과정에서 가장 중요한 것은 나이프 스킬이나 레시피 등이 아니라
'내가 아는 지식을 모두 동원해서 이 음식을 드시는 분이 최대한 맛있게 드실 수 있는 상황 전체를 만들려는 태도'라고 생각합니다. 나중에 클레어가 자라나서 이 영상들을 또 보게되면 그런 것들을 기억했으면 해서 담아보았어요. :)
제가 영상에 바다를 많이 담는 이유는 제가 도시에 살 때에 그런 영상에 많이 목이 말라있었기 때문인데, 그런 부분들이 지친 도시 일상 속에 조금이라도 위안이 되었다면 저 또한 너무 의미있는 일이겠습니다.
크리에이터에게 힘을 주는 자세한 메시지(원래 사람이 칭찬은 길고 자세히 듣고싶어하죠 ㅎㅎㅎ) 저 또한 감사히 받았습니다. 다음 영상을 힘내어 작업할 수 있을듯 해요- 즐거운 휴일과 주말 되시길 바랍니다!

Happy belated Chuseok.🥂So joyful that you shared a meal with your wife's parents. The ocean is always magical to me. It often reflects the sky, either sunlit blue or gray clouds. But always magical & each day is new. Claire's voice has changed to a more mature one; she is growing up so fast! To be honest, I am rather jealous of visiting subs! I will never have the money (due to my medical conditions) to visit you in Busan with gifts & make Seol purr with caresses. We must accept life as given. So happy for your Busan life! ♥💐

Greetings from California! I just got back from my first trip to Korea! We went to Busan and to that same beach! Must have been there about the same time because we had beautiful weather as well! Loved our time in Korea, everyone was so nice and food was amazing, first time I had seaweed soup and abalone congee! Delicious! Also went to Seoul and Jejeu island!

부산은 해가 잘 들어서, 제 딸도 아기땐 소설이마냥 유리벽에 붙어 바다를 보곤했었지요. 얼른 뭐든 끝내고 짠 바닷바람 맡고싶네요~~

Please listen to one piece of advice, in all fairness🙏: Try taking your cute cat ‘Soseol’ - together with your smallest dog ‘Sowoon’, on a joint bike ride, with the whole family. When the cat has become more used to these bike rides, you, the Father, can sometimes try to take her alone on a bikeride; Take turns, so even your cat gets a little adventure and she gets to come out much more, her too! Then she avoids looking so bored, being forced to only be indoors...

If the name of coffee shop is a name in french "Rendeja-vous" didn't existe in french lol probably it's "Rendez-vous" for meeting place or coming here ;) lol
Maybe a strange mixing between "Déjà-vu" and "Rendez-vous"
Déjà-vu it's for something you see for the first time who let the impression you seeing that before.
Or maybe it's a strange translation from Korean to English 😉
It's just a name they made up as a brand :)
