Ya I remember this place & that great terrace! It does have that 70’s vibe & not in a great way. Ha. It does have potential but if I bought it, pretty much everything would go. That 1st place you showed the cute Liz has the biggest potential. Cheers Kirk
I would keep that green tile and work around rather than get rid of it. However, 120 Euros sounds like a lot for an appt in little town in Italy that has no green space...just the terrace. It needs a lot of work and could cost another 100 euros to bring it up to snuff.
It's 10 minutes from the train station by car. However you would need a car. No taxis and uber is not available in the countryside. It's a tiny town. Thanks for watching.
I really like this property and have been considering it since you first showed it--love the location and the layout is nice. The listing for this property says fivizzano is 10 mins from a train station. Are taxis common there so that one can reach the town from that station fairly easily?
Presumably Lizz is not interested in this one, since she said as much, but it's good to have something for comparison. This property just seems to be missing the indefinable character, the je ne sais quoi, which is most difficult or impossible to create by renovation, so I think this one might eventually sell to an Italian who is happy with it now vs someone coming in from US or elsewhere and wanting a project, just my guess. Ciao
It's a big apartment in the heart of town on a quiet street. The nice thing is there are no adjoining walls. It's really a great value I see a family or grandparents buying this one and going on all sorts of great hiking and beach days all summer long. Thanks Ryan as always. Your comments are always the best. x
I would contact him directly. Federico just launched a new improved website, and it still needs tweaking info@immobiliarecardellini.it thanks for watching x
Your Italian realtor has no idea what you were saying about all windows. He thought you were asking why aren’t the windows open? It will be no easy task getting approval to makethat all windows.
That's what my producer says too. I think the windows are a question for the geometra. Who ever buys it needs to see if it's possible. Thanks for watching. x
So frustrating being in GA and looking for TWO years now. We were there thIs time last year. Found one to buy. Made verbal offer that was accepted by seller until the rest of the family joined in during the video walk through and decided to change the price. 🥲
Oh wow, that happened to me too! There was only one owner who was trying to sell the house for a few years and I offered the listed asking price and then he decides to raise it by a substantial amount. What? Who does that?
Buying real estate in Italy is challenging and very different from the US. Read my book "Italy is My Boyfriend" about our real estate journey. What do I always tell people when looking at real estate your first question is..."How many people own this property?" If it is more than 2, then move on. Thanks for watching and good luck. x
See what I thought when we first toured this property back in the Fall: th-cam.com/video/Wm7euA3KPY0/w-d-xo.html
Love the 2nd take. It’s way too easy to write off these “new” spaces without a more creative eye. Thank you.
Thanks for watching x
waaay better than the first property....
A wonderful apartment with tonnes of potential. Super cool!
Love watching you tour these places and being creative. So helpful and honest!! Already looking forward to the next one!! 👍
Thanks so much!!! Thanks for watching x

I love Fivizzano. I am also looking in Fivizzano area.

Love this property! Listing indicates that its a few minutes from a train station. Are there taxis/uber available from station to Fivizzano?

I love this place. No taxi's you would need a car. We are in the countryside. It's not possible to be without a car. But you can easily rent one.
I love Fivizzano, too. And I bought your book before watching your videos!!!
Thanks so much, thanks for watching. x

I think she would be happier by the sea in Ostuni or others along there. They all have beautiful high ceilings and great terraces
Ostuni becomes more expansive than firenze.
Pulia haz a real problem.

Because they know you are buying for airbnb to destroy our economy, neighbourhoods and be bad neighbours like America.
