I've been asking to quit because God knows I can't do it on my own, I've tried and tried.for whatever reason I'm still smoking.must be part of the plan I don't and don't really question the Lord but they're gonna kill me if I don't stop.if I do stop something else will so I reckon it all comes out in the wash.
@ our bodies were created for worship,when cravings come bc they do,we must remember the enemy knows our weakness,he knows what will entice us away from The Most High,is it worth it,paying to rob ourselves from finances we need to fill a gap,ending our lives prematurely with horrible painfull sicknesses and seperating ourselves from God?when we fall,we get back up,but we dont make excuses for ourselves to fall,our flesh will always fight us to fulfill our fleshly desires,i use the above to help me stay grounded,i remind myself where i was and what i looked like before coming to Christ,again,this time around i know who i am in Christ and know intimately what was paid on the cross for me,i make it personal when the enemy tempts me,renew your mind as scripture say's,we can do this,but if we do fall dont remain down,get up and push through,He is faithful to forgive,just remember to close doors,and remember,we who love God cannot continue in sin,put on the armor bc he will come after us,be ready and steady,knowing the battle has already been won,dont forget,we never alone,and what you go through somewhere a brother and sister going through the same,strenghten yourself in The Word,Jesus fought the enemy with scriptures,why,bc it is the sword,our weapon,immatate Christ,He remained in the presence of The Father even if it meant to seperate Himself from His surroundings,i pray you receive this encouragement,God bless,Shalom.

You're right Pastor, some parents are not teaching their children the right things and they not living by examples themselves. I for one am interested to know, just how many preachers did you survey before coming to your revelation that this one is telling the truth? Also what parameters did you use to determine "The truth"?
@kelvinpeake493 many preachers you don't even need to go to a church to see the amount of pastors that don't preach truly the parameters are the bible and what they preach from it the majority only preach what you want to hear out of the Bible the ones that preach truly preach the whole Bible including the parts that convict you of your sins in order to get you to change if they don't preach repentance they are false a pastor is SUPPOSED TO LEAD YOU TO JESUS not lead you to doing what the world wants which is for you to stay like warm JESUS didn't come for peace he is came to divide the sheep from the goats and most pastors with worldly churches don't teach the truth they teach feelings and what's comfortable which is why some even have Mega churches and also own million dollar houses any true preacher wont be that popular because the truth is contrary to what they want to hear and so is Jesus 💯

Few will be saved and many will perish, remember Noah and his family and some animals were saved, and also Lot and his daughters and wife, but the wife looked back and she turned into a pillow of salt up to this day.

Pray for our youth. We need to vent to GOD. Thank you JESUS for this word. I thank GOD I’ve changed for myself and for my children. GOD is all we need. 😊I’ve been talking to my teenagers so they don’t get on these streets. I wrote a book about the Youth here in the state of Iowa allows these teenagers to smoke and vapor and now my son still hasn’t came home yet found out he was kidnapped. Pastor Gino Jennings is a good teacher/preacher... more grace sir.
Let's make this simple. Yes you can die before your time. God gave us all the freedom and ability to make a choice. We all have an expiration date but our choices can definitely dictate to how soon we get to it. He knows what path we will choose already but he still gives us a choice. Path:1 can be a long extended life, that ends of old age or natural causes. Path:2 can be a shorter life, caused by unnatural cases(smoking, drinking, substance abuse, self deletion, ect.) Not one person can stsnd here and say truthfully they've never had a bad feeling about going some place. 1 person decides to go and 1 decides not to. Next thing you hear is that the place was shot up or raided because of drugs. Some avoid trouble and think, "You no what? That could have been me caught up in that mess. Glad I didn't go." We all have a choice, just like we have a choice between God and Satan, Heaven or Hell.

Devil's advocacy: The answer is that we really don't know. There have been plenty if not millions of children that obey their parents' every word and will end up with a termina illness. Go to school, study with the game off, do their chores and still wound up dying at a very early age. The truth is no one knows, we just pray 🙏🏿 and ask of God to grant us peace and well being.

What Jesus said in Matthew 28:19 is one of the most important yet misunderstood Scriptures in the New Testament.
He said, "Go therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost" It initially appears he is saying to say the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost at baptism, but the following proves what he is actually saying.
"Go therefore and teach all nations BAPTIZING them in the name (SINGULAR name and not "names") OF the Father, and OF the Son, and OF the Holy Ghost." Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Jesus disciples never used those words when they baptized anyone in water, nor did they use those words in one sentence regarding any other topic. Every time Jesus disciples baptized anyone in water they invoked Jesus Name at baptism which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7-8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16. Those are some of many scriptures that proves that the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost is Jesus.
At about that same time Jesus said in Mark 16:16,"He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be Saved, but he that believes not shall be damned."
Jesus addressed what damned means in Luke 16:19-31, Matthew 13:42, Matthew 25:41, Mark 9:45-46, Revelation 20:15, and Revelation 21:8.
REGARDING THE NAME OF THE FATHER:
John 5:43, I am come in my Father's name and you receive me not, if another shall come in his own name, him you will receive."
John 12:44-45,"He that believes on me, believes not on me, but on him that sent me. And him that sees me sees him that sent me."
1 John 2:23,"Whosoever denies the Son, the same has not the Father, but he that acknowledges the Son has the Father also."
Isaiah 9:6,"For unto us a child is born, unto us a SON (Jesus) is given, and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and his Name shall be called Wonderful, the MIGHTY GOD, (also Revelation 1:8) the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Piece."
REGARDING THE NAME OF THE SON:
Matthew 1:23,"Behold a virgin shall be with child and bring forth a Son and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is GOD WITH US."
REGARDING THE NAME OF THE HOLY GHOST:
John 15:26,"But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, he shall testify of "ME."
John 16:13-14,"Howbeit when the Spirit of truth is come, He shall guide you into all truth, for He shall not speak of himself, but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall He speak, and will show you things to come. 14 HE SHALL GLORIFY ME."
John 14:18,"I will not leave you comfortless, "I" will come unto you."
John 14:26,"But when the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send IN MY NAME, He shall teach you all things."
Paul said in 2 Corinthians 3:17,"Now the Lord IS THAT SPIRIT, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty."
Paul said in Hebrews 1:8,"But unto the SON he said, Thy throne O God is forever and ever....."
Acts 7:59, "And they stoned Stephen, calling upon GOD, and saying, LORD JESUS receive my spirit."
Jesus is speaking in the following Scriptures in the book of Revelation:
Revelation 1:8, "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, which was, and is to come, THE ALMIGHTY."
Revelation 1:17-18,"And when I saw him (John speaking) I fell at his feet as dead, and he laid his hands on me, saying unto me, Fear not, I am the first and the last. 18 I am he that lives and was dead, and behold, I am alive forever more, Amen and have the keys of hell and of death." Also Matthew 28:18..
Revelation 2:7,"He that has an ear, let him hear what the SPIRIT says unto the Churches." Also Revelation 2:11
Revelation 21:6-7, "And he said unto me, (John) It is done, I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the waters life freely. 7 He that overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his GOD, and he shall be my SON." Some say the Thief on the cross next to Jesus was not baptized yet Jesus told him he would be with him that day in paradise. Jesus had not given the COMMANDMENT to be baptized in his Name until after He rose from the dead and just before He ascended to heaven. The thief or anyone else at that time could not have done it because they did not know about it.
If you are convinced you need to get Baptized in water in Jesus Name, do a search, type in "United Pentecostal Church International", slightly scroll down to just below the red box, type in your zip code, then a screen will show a Church nearest you that will do that. If you get Baptized in water Jesus Name, and get baptized with the Holy Ghost which is addressed in Mark 16:17 (Jesus speaking) Acts 2:3-4 (Pentecost). Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5 - which is when the Spirit of Christ initially dwells in a person. Nowhere in Scripture does it say it happens any other way than that way. There is not one Scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer. Acts 19:1-5 is a good example.
Paul said in Romans 8:9-11,”But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if so be that the spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS."
If you do the above you will be making SURE your name is written in the Lamb's Book Of Life.
Jesus said in Matthew 24:4,"Take heed that no man deceives you."
Jesus said in John 10:27, "My Sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."

Why should i be baptized again? Baptism doesnt save you if just say you identify with Christ, who can wash away my sin nothing but the blood of Jesus
Act 2:38 "and Peter said, repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and yet shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Many people are baptized when they are not ready or don't even know what it means. For that reason you need to do it voluntarily of your own volition. The the walk of faith by your choosing in grace not someone forcing it on you. So from hence force you carry your cross. My 2 cent... Shalom.

So many people in our community don't see a doctor for many years. Change your eating habits, gluttonous eating is a sin. Yes you can die before your time... Disobedience .. Adam and eve died as soon as they disobeyed. Not physically yet but spiritually first. Then once you continue sinning you die physically and then spiritually quickly before your time 😢
To be honest I think Christians that haven't been disobedient, and didn't wake up everyday choosing to sin without a care in the world have died before their time too. I mean Christians that was truly devoted to God and even if they did a small sin they would get upset. Like that devoted to God have still died to. If that's the case, maybe it was them trying to do everything in their own strength, maybe their assignment on earth was completed. I think it's not always about being people being disobedient and sinfull all the time, if that was the case we would all be dead physically and spiritual. We still sin when we not trying too.

You do know what God does and what he allows the devil to do in each and every one of our lives is different right, so of course, when it comes to some people God will kill them for being in sin before their time but when it comes to certain people God won't kill them before their time, depending on the sins and the thoughts and intentions behind the sins and if they're doing it on purpose or it's the devil fighting them, or them mistakenly doing it.

@MaryHudson-dt4gu Yes. He does which explains to me why I been going through so much all my life and always never fitting in this life even when it's comes to trying to have a relationship with God. Thats why the Bible says many are called but only few are chosen. No wonder us Chosen Ones always stand out differently than the so called qualified people, we always the ones going through so much hell. Some people probably can't even have a relationship with God or not allowed to because they was marked at birth and not allowed to see spiritually or to see some spirituality because that's how he created it to be whether they Christians or not(No wonder they always fit in, have all the friends, barely going thru alot, even when they tried to turn to God they life / the spiritual realm always send them back to they regular life)
Also spirituality can happen own it's too by him allowing it to happen it's own. God or the devil don't always have to be behind the curtains pulling the strings but most Some Christians would get mad at me for saying that because its just offend their religious spirit, beliefs, etc. Plus all they understand is Heaven and Hell when it's comes to spirituality and have no idea the spiritual realm itself exist on it's own.. Which is sad because they don't won't to hear the truth. Most Christians get the God they believe in and don't even know it and they wonder why they always get a mean religious God, limited spiritual lifestyle, limited everything when it comes to trying to have a relationship with God/spiritual. Even the Bible was edited. Thats why I don't quote scriptures sometimes because I don't know which scriptures are truly wrote by God because he told man to write them and not just their flesh made them write whatever they wanted. Ive heard things was taken out the Bible to control us.. always limiting God down to a book like Martisha Soo Divine said. I heard to if you die and did not live put your purpose, you have to comeback and do it all over again or just in general for your next assignment here on Earth

Never replied - I knew better; One day behind me I heard - How MANY TIMES do I have to tell you stop opening the refridgerator standing there with the door open - [I always opened the door and stood and looked until I found what I wanted] if the door was clear I would choose before opening the door; anywho focusing on my options I replied, "I don't know!!! In my head was I don't know how many times you will have to tell me - thank God at that point I was whole GROWN - there would be no removal of the phone as punishment - nonetheless she was not too happy - I was OH my GOD I had a voice...Yea so decade after decade I bent all the way over backwards seeking validation - finally I let go - honor by being respectful - been working ever since and no longer need her validation Iike the person God has designed no too happy he didn't give a voice to sing but He said I want you to talk - now as soon as I find an audience (my male friends hate my lengthy responses even my male cousins). I think some of my female friends do to, they alway some emergent call right when I'm on a roll....
