It takes time to become perfect and definitely there are always ups and downs. But overall this has nothing to do with the job. Your job is secure. So relax and talk to your mentor freely in next demo or any meeting about this. They will understand this and help you.

You need to arrange a laptop for the training period. After training or midway of your training, you will receive the kit. So untill then you need to use your own laptop

But today i got a call that my registration process was incomplete as i haven't filled my salutation and gender in it. As i opened the registration link i was able to update the salutation only and couldn't fetch the page where gender needs to be mentioned. No there is no deduction for assets provided by the company. Welcome kit(bag, diary, mug etc) is for you and you are not required to return them. But assests like laptop, pen tab, headphones etc are to be taken care of because after leaving the company one has to return them in working condition.
