@@captainblue5096 Yea but what im saying is, Ruan Mei is unique, she’s doing this out of curiosity, out of the aspect of wanting to understand more, what are her intentions? I don’t know but whatever they are, they’re going to be extremely interesting because i relate so much to her view of the universe, i personally would love to be an Aeon.
@@Zeenyu I do agree, it’s so interesting. However, you do have to consider that, as an Aeon, you have to follow your Primum Mobile, and cannot stray from your Path (source: Welt dialogue on the Express). You can’t do things outside of it. You don’t just have unlimited power you can do anything with (except for maybe Aha, because their Path is literally any strong emotions which allows them a ton more freedom). As for her intentions, I think it’s simply unchecked ambition. Ruan Mei has done everything. She’s cultivated planets, she’s created life, and now she’s helped create a universe. The next logical step to satiate her, to give meaning once again to her life and research, is to achieve Aeonhood and become a god.
@@tite93 So..... a Genius Savant? adding the desire to become an Aeon doesn't really change much seeing as how half of humanity would desire that as well
Her desire to become an Aeon is her means of achieving understanding, so i don't see it as being a bad thing, morally at least. She's not after power, she wants to be an Aeon because becoming the embodiment of a path is the purest form of understanding. She would have to abandon her humanity, but in that sense she's already similar to the Aeons in her detachment. Obviously casting aside your humanity is not a good decision, but I don't think becoming an Aeon is an inherently bad thing either. If she actually pulled it off, which I don't think is likely but you never know, she might even be a valuable ally in the eventual battle against Nanook. Her path would probably be something like Cultivation, which is a natural opposite to destruction.
Imagine everytime we get the Ruan mei's random occurrence in SU, we basically teleport inside her domain , watching her eating pastries. And the best things is she helps us by giving 2000 points or All of blessings of certain path just like that.
Ruan Mei is definitely using us but that was obvious. She wants to understand life. She feels very nihilistic and broken. Her last sentence is definitely the most intriguing...but the audio cuts out and we can't here what she wants to become. I watched in JP and its actually blanked in the subs.
You can actually hear “aeon”. Especially added with her previous sentence involving the other paths she has now become one of the suspicious characters in the game
People say she is from the Xianzhou Alliance, but I think this trailer prove that she’s not. She literally create a planet that look very alive. Therefore, it is more likely that she is from Yaoshi worshiper planet, probably under the Denizens of Abundance. If her worship Yaoshi then it is impossible that she is from the Xianzhou. What do you think? Hopefully we get introduce to more of Yaoshi planets, I really want Shuhu lore.
I think she is from the Xianzhou Alliance but she moved away from the Hexafleet to pursue her own ambitions. It would seem that her knowledge is accumulated over many decades, if not centuries. She is not a worshipper of Yaoshi, but her desire to become an Aeon may actually be much, MUCH worse than anything Denizens of Abundance could come up with
@@thou-vow the Xianzhou Alliance were originally a fleet, sent by an unknown galactic Empire to seek out immortality, which they found in the form of Yaoshi. That was thousands of years ago, so long that no one even remembers the original empire

I remember looking at the leaks har subreddit and I saw a new path with ruan mei's plum flowers so yes she might become one in the future. Hopefully she's playable like dan heng il
If she really able to become an Aeon that would be crazy
If she does, she’s just going to prove godhood is achievable by being mortal.
@@Zeenyu some aeons have ridiculous aeonhood ascension like AHA or NOUS that is just a computer😂

She is SO OMINOUS, oh my god
It's like she's completely devoid of emotion besides her focus on the research and ascension to Aeonhood
I wouldn’t call savant, ominous. Just because their brain works differently doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing
@@MrShamus22 certainly, but her complete emotional detachment, lack of interest in personal relationships - plus the desire to become a God...
