A lot of the time when fans would see them out and ask for photos and stuff they would ask Niall do not be in it. There's a photo somewhere of Liam taking a photo with a fan who completely disregarded Niall and Liam is holding Niall so he's in the photo. I also remember that after that photo Niall cried a lot because of what happened.
They knew very well what was going to happen post this album.. In addition to History the whole album has this nostalgic feeling!!! It all makes sense now!
Because even if you are "over it" you are never truly over it because deep down it will always be apart of your life. You have memories attached to these songs even if you aren't in your directioner phase.
