📚 Pomodoro Timer with 18Hz Beta Binaural Beats
Struggling to concentrate? This study track combines the power of Beta Wave Binaural Beats and the Pomodoro technique to supercharge your brain. Unlock peak performance, improve memory, and ace your exams!
    🍅What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that involves working in focused intervals, called pomodoros, separated by short breaks. Traditionally these are 25 minuets of work followed by 5 minuet of rest.
After completing four pomodoros, a longer break is taken. This technique helps improve concentration, productivity and also helps to prevent burnout.
    Binaural Beats Explained
Binaural beats are auditory tones that are created by playing two slightly different tones in each ear. When your brain hears these two tones, it creates a third tone, which is the binaural beat. Different frequencies of binaural beats are associated with different brainwave states:
    Alpha (8-13Hz): Relaxation and creativity
Beta (13-32Hz): Alert focus and concentration
Gamma (32-100Hz): Peak awareness and cognitive function
    🌐 Understanding Beta Waves
Beta waves (13-30 Hz) are associated with a different state of mind: alert wakefulness and focused attention. They promote a state of mental clarity and concentration, ideal for studying, working on demanding tasks, or staying sharp throughout the day.
    🚀 Enhance Your Productivity
Whether you're a student, professional, or working from home, harness the power of binaural beats to sharpen focus, improve memory, and banish distractions!
😴 Don't Forget to Turn off Your Brain
Enhancing concentration with Gamma and Beta waves is great, but extended use may affect sleep. Incorporate Alpha or Delta waves post-work for a restful night. Improve sleep quality by transitioning smoothly to bedtime. 🌙✨

I love your new videos! (Especially the last two for studing!) although I study with pomodoro, I always take a break after 55 minutes. Would it be possible to upload a two hour video with a longer studying period as well, please? This would be amazing! Thank you so much for your work! I really appreciate it :))

I wouldn’t be opposed to the idea, but isn’t pomodoro if it has a 55-5 ratio. The 25-5 is the scientifically proven golden ratio for studying and the best focus.

@@SMFlexxx Ah thank you, I didn’t know that! It might be scientifically proven, but after 25´ I‘m only half way through my work 🙈

I’m researching my first research paper and love the Pomodoro timer included with this video to break up my study time. I also love the melody. The only thing is, the title says it is 14 hz and the video says it is 18.
