I have the 4 in 1 stroll-n-trike and I cannot figure out how to get the storage bin into the base! I know you’re supposed to use the screw and bolt, but every time I twist the screw with my screwdriver and hold the opposite end bolt with my finger, it doesn’t go anywhere! It just keeps twisting and twisting. >.< Help?

It's my granddaughters trike and she lives across town. I can't get to it right now but I know what you're talkin about. If the screw keeps turning and the bolts not grabbing you could have a cross threaded nut. I wish I had it in front of me right now I could look. Try holding a wrench on the bolt instead of your fingers that might help get it started. One other thing is sometimes bolts have that plastic inside of them to keep the nuts from slipping off and you need a wrench to hold the bolt after you get it to start. hopefully I helped you out. If it is a bad bolt or nut there's 800 number on the box you could call them. They'll send you one out I'm sure for free.
