All the reasons you mentioned and more is exactly why I stopped drinking alcohol, feeling sick 🤮 was a big one for me. October 1st will be exactly 17 months of no alcohol (had my last drink April 30th 2023) I have no regrets, had to let go of a few friends aswell , since alcohol was our bond ,hehe, I had to say goodbye to them .Shem. but ey, I feel great. I am proud of myself for doing 75 hard made me learn so many things about myself as well as knowing so much that made me grow physically and mentally. This year I had to let go of friends that we only had alcohol bonds and nothing else. Goodluck on this journey Simz another beautiful thing is that 75 hard will be part of your life forever and I am proud of the woman you'll be!! I always admire your vlogz because I can relate to so much this is a lifestyle we know real and authentic 😘
