Hi trinny!!! My mum is 'getting on'. She's 91 and is still living in her own home ( in the U.K.) with the help of relatives. I live in France now but go and see her on a regular basis - off to the uk this Friday to be with her for a couple of weeks.

I use NurseJamie's purple facial roller that has a nice cooling yet stimulating effect and is wonderful for a facial massage if the plastic derma roller is too much for sensitive skin, which I have. Thank you for this video Trinny!

Please, please, please do some vids on larger sizes. I love watching your clothing shop visits but Zara sizing in Australia is abysmal (large is 12-14) and I can't wear any of it. So frustrated. But still love seeing you put looks together and I've been shopping my wardrobe with your inspiration in mind.

Hi Trinny, I to suffer from the same sleep problem. I crash right away for 2 hrs and then bam! Wide awake. My naturopath recommended GABA. Look into it, perhaps it may help you stay asleep and relaxed. As a side note my vet recommended it for my cat who suffers from anxiety when it is time for a vet visit , and it worked!
Also I burst out laughing when you had some hairs sticking out your chin! Me too!

Hi Trinny, I've been taking Theanine and 5-HTP supplements to help me sleep, and it has been working (I'm also 53)...understand those sleepless nights all too well.
Do you have any videos discussing facials? If not, I'd be so interested in seeing your advice. Facials are often quite an investment/treat for many and having tips on deciding which would be best would be great! Bring on the men.

I have to say that I always feel at such a disadvantage when ladies with Botox do a tutorial on skin care or make-up......I can't afford botox/fillers & I know my face will never look as good as yours however much care I give it / no matter how well I do my make-up it will never look quite as smooth & flawless !

Yes to inclusion of men please. I have 3 teen - young adult sons and I am in need of skin care (easy and affordable) and would love fashion thoughts as well! What a breath of fresh air and a woosh of lovely you are! I agree with what you state about wanting makeup to be simple, but I have to cake it because my face mask thanks to hormones. I spend my time layering concealers before foundation. Can you come up with a better routine?

Just a note.I ordered a pale pink coat from Zara this year.It arrived after quite some time with a mark where they had taken off the security tag.I wasnt amused.I returned it and have never order since.Imo someone boxed that coat and coudnt have missed the quite obvious mark and just sent it anyway.Shabby work Zara's online department.
Would love a video about which Ingredients to avoid in skincare products. I just purchased a Lancôme skincare kit and didn't read the ingredients list first. There's mineral oil and alcohol denat in them which I am unsure if are terrible for your skin.

Are you using Boy Brow in black or brown?
Makeup trends...hmmm...I don't tend to follow makeup "trends" because I think makeup is such a personal thing and it works differently for everyone. Especially with brows. I think brows are such an important part of the face, everyone should have the unique brow shape that suits their face.
