Need to remember this is prerecorded, spooky has uploaded videos of him getting stomped by survivors as a “it happens to everybody don’t stress” but I imagine in videos like these where he’s trying to show us how well buffed leatherface can be he’s going to pick games from his footage he feels are entertaining for that purpose.

I used to get wrecked on any killer. I only have 300 hours on the game so yea I’m not really experienced. However, I have finally started to learn how people loop and mind game. Using the new bubba I’ve started to notice that I’m winning roughly 20-30% more of my games getting 3k or 4K or just having a blast meming with people and just playing around. Dbd is in my opinion starting to actually balance a little more

It's an extended insta down killer. Most people would get wrecked by an experienced Bubba main.
Extremely rare, but Bubba can down all 4 survivors faster than an aura reading Huntress or a Lethal Pursuer Nurse main.
Bubba is being buffed since no1 plays him I guess. I don't play Bubba because he's BORING! There is nothing satisfying about playing Bubba unless your addicted to his insta down ability. On a power scale, Bubba is actually strong. Eats pallets like nothing. Extended insta down. Can kill all 4 in 1 sweep. Was once the deadliest basement camper in DBD (Still somewhat is) He's very strong compared to other killers who needs 2 hits.

@thedutywarlord264 agreed, I like Billy more. His ability to catch up in a chase somewhat negates time loss from mistakes. He has the ability to insta down multiple ppl in a short period from a distance. Lastly, he's way more fun to play.

I would love Trickster improvement, having to get 8 knives instead of 6, and him being faster? I feel disincentivized from even using the knives, might as well just chase. No fun there
@@lunaliciousgeek Sadly, I don’t see them improving it. Chucky mains are getting same treatment as Trickster mains got years ago; being ignored by Behavior while Behavior listens to the survivors angry about dying to such killers. It sucks a lot. Plus, Trickster’s music could use a rework. All-Kill’s/Trickster’s original music that was scrapped was way better than the one we have now.

I’m gonna be honest even as a killer main I detest bubba, I feel that of all the killers he certainly wasn’t the one that needed buffs. The few times I do pick surv and I get a bubba I know I’ll get camped.
I would love to enjoy a Vecna game but there’s just no one playing him. I’ve played 10 games since his release and I got one Vecna. Seriously why isn’t anyone playing him?

Old Bubba: 5.29 m/s for 6 seconds, 31.74 meters covered using power
New Bubba: 5.35 m/s for 7.5 seconds, 40.125 meters covered using power
This is a 26.4% increase in power usage, this is far from a small buff, and will definitely help Bubba get many more downs
This is like if Blight was given an extra bump basekit, or if Spirit moved over 25% faster while phasing
Except unlike Blight/Spirit he wasn't A or S tier, so its good for him

Due to how Bubba's acceleration works, 60% of the first charge's duration goes to acceleration, after which max speed has been reached.
Due to this Bubba now takes longer to accelerate at 1.5 seconds as opposed to the previous 1.2 seconds.
On another note the chili addons also increase acceleration time by 0.09 and 0.12 respectively.
This makes the gained time of 0.45 or 0.6 seconds quite miniscule compared to addons like depth gauge rake and carburettor tuning guide, which give 10 second charge and 9 second charge respectively. The downside being -2% movement speed in power, which can be negated with beast marks.
On top of this the acceleration is not changed with the rake as it only increases the amount of charges keeping acceleration at 1.5 seconds. The tuning guide however increases acceleration time to 1.8 seconds. It is important to note however that the tuning guide gives you perfect timings maximizing the usage of the charges.
With both of these addons combined, your charge will last a total of 12 seconds with a -4% movement speed penalty. This is roughly 62 meters of distance covered with power, without taking into account the acceleration time. These addons did not get adjusted in the patch.
Except blight and spirit are some of the best killers in the game. Bubba fucking sucks lmao
It's a buff to base kit, but compared to the pre-buff meta build (Award Winning Chilli + Beast marks), it isn't that different.

I always run Iron Maiden on Bubba. Even higher MMR survivors seem to never expect it for some reason, and of all the angry messages I've got playing Bubba in end game chat, running that perk is what draws the most ire.
I'm surprised iron maiden isn't a bubba stapple like bamboozle is.

Every Bubba I go against is either just plain bad or uses their chainsaw up close and uses it for toxic purposes just to be a dick and down two people after just getting someone off hook/getting off the hook yourself. This change isn't baller but ridiculous and unneeded in my opinion
@@elishumaker He needed that collision reduced. There are too many times I will bump into something that is not even there. His buff promotes you to use his power more. People don't have to worry about bumping into things as much and can use his power in chase now.

I'm big about making killers fair and slightly op so you have a challenge, but slapping buffs that makes the killer(s) a god just seem like overkill. Maybe if you know how to play the killer then yeah I guess you can be a god but that's only because you know how to play as him. I'm pretty sure they only buff him because they want you to use his power more, so people don't have to camp. Even though people are still going to do it.
But remember there's two types of campers in this game.
Camping at five gens is stupid.

How someone so high in rank can get such noob players is beyond me.
Everybody gets noob players from time to time, just as everybody gets insanely skilled players (borderline comp swfs) from time to time. These streamers have so many hours on the game that they've encountered it all.
The game prioritizes creating fast lobbies, if no similar skilled players are online. The game will reach into whatever available mmr players are online and searching for a match
Happens all the time bro I play games where flash light saves hook sabotages body blocking the works than I get games where I get 3 hooks on 5 gens and win so it’s really all about where the game puts you

It doesnt make sense that they keep nerfing pop when its a perk that only works when youre actually getting hooks while also having a timer.
They nerfed the 5 most used killer perks cause they were the most used, not necessarily cause they're super strong
Just keep this in mind. They cut the tantrum length to something like 1/6th kf what it used to be. Which means that they left it being 6 times longer than it should be for 6 years or so. I've 1500 hours on DBD and I'll happily never play it again.
