I just recently discovered IV of Spades and that time unique already left the group. Isa ako sa mga nanghinayang because I fell in love with their music but natanggap ko rin. And now they have their own musics. IVOS and Unique, they are talented musicians and they produce amazing music. It's just sad that many people are hating on Unique because of what happen, saying na yumabang na sya, etc. c'mom he's a musician at hindi artista. Mas bigyan ng pansin ang mga kanta nya at wag punahin ang mga mababaw na bagay. For me magkasama man sila o hindi ang mahalaga ay ang musika nila. Hearing Unique's songs right now, makes me realize that he did the right decision. He can now freely express himself. Just support each one of them. Sila ang pag-asa ng OPM industry.

Unique is really an artist. And every artist really wants to express their kind of art. It seems like his former band was a hamper to show his art and now his makin' it solo. You should understand and respect it.

The band didn’t hamper Unique at all. He still was able to produce music when he was in the band - he wrote Mundo and Mga Ilaw sa Daan. The band was a fair balance of showcasing their talents. His solo career gave us more of his work too but the band didn’t hamper Unique’s talents *at all.*

IVOS was a disco pop/rock band. And it seems na they wanted to stay in that lane. Unique wanted to explore more, I think. I think nakukulong sya sa genre nila. Tignan mo nung nagsolo, nag-experiment agad sya. Halos lahat ng songs nya sa Grandma album magkakaiba tunog
its not about the difference taste in music the main reason why unique left the band. it goes deeper than that..Almost all of the songs of IVOS were composed by Unique despite being the youngest in the group, but he is not well recognized and compensated. Kean and Unique's mom saw this irregularities as well, incidentally the "supposed managers" of the group cannot provide contract and even compensation receipt for Unique. Kean seeing this detached from managing the band. Unique decided also to leave after his hospitalization.
I'll be honest.... I was mad and upset when he quit from IVOS. But I'm not gonna lie, his songs now are so good....

If IV of Spades and UNIQUE is the future of OPM then I would be very glad. Hindi natin kailangan makisabay sa uso like EDM-y or K-POP-inspired kind of song (like most of the asian pop right now including V-POP). Although hindi naman masama ‘yung EDM (like Karencitta and James Reid) because it’s somehow modernizing the OPM culture. But we still need to maintain our originality because that’s what OPM stands for. Original Pilipino Music.

When I first heard this song I have image of people biking on sunflower fields and trees with coffees and sunset. Ah basta, napipicture ko siya na kanta na something yellow-orange.
