Seems like your D16 needs its center of mass lowered, find that sweet spot and it may fix all of your issues. Like when you launched airborne by your front end bouncing when you launch. To when you turn too sharp getting on 2 tires. Just seems like it CoM is towards the top/center over low or centered. A lower center 9f mass should make it hug the road more. But, then again, im not a modder. It could be other factors too, like the tires/suspension. But as a car guy, any vehicle with a high center of mass is far easier to flip/lose control.
You should use modding magic to make it so that any time you catch a vehicle in the back of the dump bed flip car it automatically siphons fuel from them to refuel it's self...

But if the criminals can get from the robbery to a safe zone (that charges every time but is still in that designated area) without cop pressure then they get to keep the money!?! But for every crime attempt you guys stop fully you get a double bonus/bonus (I don’t know how you guys get paid as cops?!? If it’s weekly or by how many crimes you helped stop!?!)!
