در قسمت مصارف برق مردم هرات درست گفتند همه مردم افغانستان اقتصاد خوب ندارند. حکومت باید در این قسمت توجه نماید و مسوولیت را مادی مردم مظلوم را بگیرد و مردم مظلوم افغانستان را بیشتر متاثر
نسازند.
کاش اداره ملل متحد سال‌های قبل مانع لشکر کشی های حکومت های روسیه و امریکا و ناتو میشد. حالا افغانستان در این حال نمی بود. پس
مسوول باید اداره ملل متحد هم باشد و است ، چطور.... ؟

قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من حَلَفَ علَى مِلَّةٍ غيرِ الإسْلامِ فَهو كما قالَ، وليسَ علَى ابْنِ آدَمَ نَذْرٌ فِيما لا يَمْلِكُ،
ومَن قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بشيءٍ في الدُّنْيا عُذِّبَ به يَومَ القِيامَةِ،
ومَن لَعَنَ مُؤْمِنًا فَهو كَقَتْلِهِ، ومَن قَذَفَ مُؤْمِنًا بكُفْرٍ فَهو كَقَتْلِهِ.
أخرجه البخاري برقم ٦٠٤٦ و مسلم برقم ١١٠
