I don't know if his actual age has been revealed yet since episode 7 started recently and I'm still stuck on episode 6 (please no spoilers for either episode!), we know that he's been around for centuries, maybe during some years, decades, or a century or so after Malleficent's death since he apparently doesn't know what actually went down during her lifetime in the 14th century.

Lilia's girlish appearance definitely gives me Hellsing Ultimate Alucard's "Girlycard" vibes. He must be on par with the Queen's magic to even make Malleus tremble given he's much, much, MUCH older than everyone else.
