Hey. It's only the gang leaders & underbosses that can add/remove stash, garage and lockers. However; there is a configurable cooldown to this feature to prevent players from power-gaming during rivalries etc. And creation of markers costs cash & notoriety. There's only a few functions that's escrowed which you won't be needing to touch anyways - you can easily adapt the resource to be using "black_money" instead of "cash" as the lockers are not using society accounts or anything. It's a standalone system for the cash-locker. I am not going to add any outlined territories on the map. My plan is to expand the racket system, adding more rackets and this way give gangs something to fight for and keep control of.

the inventory wont open on the stash and errors but they give no support open a ticket and no reply up to now
