This song is actually a Brazilian remix of a Bolivian folk song "Llorando se fue" by Los Kjarkas which I think you will love. Sadly, the leader of the band Kaoma, Loalwa Braz Vieira of Brazil was murdered on her farm by (possibly) some of her farm workers in a robbery gone wrong in 2017. The boy in the video's real name is Washington "Chico" Oliveira and the girls real name is Roberta de Brito if you want to look them up. Hope this helps.
if only we could get the original people of this clip interviewed. The little guy and girl and their dance. So nice to see. Would be nice if we could hear them talk about this dance as they have matured. Did they marry? Such a nice couple. The young guy and the little girl dancing together. Don't you just wish you could have been that boy? His skills, the dance moves, etc. And the girl also knowing what to do. (it is not easy to lead a stick, a plank. The Girl does need to know some moves, otherwise you cant lead the stick. You are basically left with a dead stick); Anyways, i love this song, the clip. Even though in today's world some might find it a bit too much show... In my mind it shows talent. From every angle. And without much effort. It was already there. It just had to be coached. And it was coached correctly, delivering us this song and the video clip. None of this would ever have been possible if those people had not come together at the right moment in time. And they all knew exactly what the deal was, what they had to do to sell it. The end result will for ever be a hit. It will for ever be up there in the charts with songs like: ..... you fill in the dots. Because to me this is high up the charts. Perhaps even at number 1.

Now he's gone away Only man who's ever made me cry Not so far away, far enough To make me wanna die Crying over me Is what he's gonna be When he's hit by The need of my love Crying he will be When he's dreamin' of me And decides he needs What once was All the memories Follow me wherever I may go Haunting melodies Playing in the night To let me know Dance along with me With the sun and the sea Only love makes What feels so sublime Do a dance with me To a love fantasy That for one precious Moment was mine (A yeh yah yoh) Aaaah (A yeh yah yoh) [Instrumentaal] (Danzando) (Lambada) (ussoh) (Danzando) (Lambada) (ussoh) Crying he will be When he's thinking of me And concedes to the need To be loved Crying he will be When he's dreaming of me And decides that he needs What once was (A yeh yah yoh) Aaaah (A yeh yah yoh) Dance along with me Mr. Sun, Mr. Sea Keep the feeling so strong And so tender Do a dance with me To a love fantasy just for one day Of total surrender (Ah yeh yah yoh) (Lambada danzando lambada) (Ah yeh yah yoh) (Ayayayaya yayeyayo) (Ah yeh yah yoh) For more songs, please visit my Profile and follow me on Smule: Please don’t forget to hit the like icon Thank you…

Hello :) Thank you for your comment! Comments like that motivate us to continue this project. 😃🥰
Beautiful song
I remember people being up in arms about “SEX ON THE DAMCEFLOOR!!” which just made me dance more. Good times. :-D
Now he's gone away
Only man who's ever made me cry
Not so far away, far enough
To make me wanna die
Crying over me
Is what he's gonna be
When he's hit by
The need of my love
Crying he will be
When he's dreamin' of me
And decides he needs
What once was
All the memories
Follow me wherever I may go
Haunting melodies
Playing in the night
To let me know
Dance along with me
With the sun and the sea
Only love makes
What feels so sublime
Do a dance with me
To a love fantasy
That for one precious
Moment was mine
(A yeh yah yoh)
Aaaah
(A yeh yah yoh)
[Instrumentaal]
(Danzando)
(Lambada)
(ussoh)
(Danzando)
(Lambada)
(ussoh)
Crying he will be
When he's thinking of me
And concedes to the need
To be loved
Crying he will be
When he's dreaming of me
And decides that he needs
What once was
(A yeh yah yoh)
Aaaah
(A yeh yah yoh)
Dance along with me
Mr. Sun, Mr. Sea
Keep the feeling so strong
And so tender
Do a dance with me
To a love fantasy
just for one day
Of total surrender
(Ah yeh yah yoh)
(Lambada danzando lambada)
(Ah yeh yah yoh)
(Ayayayaya yayeyayo)
(Ah yeh yah yoh)
