Same here. He has such a calming voice and is easy to understand. I’ve downloaded a few of my favorite sermons of his so even if I lose internet service I have something encouraging to listen to.
Never get so far away from him that you are able to ignore His voice. It could cost you everything. Sin will cost you more than you are willing to pay, keep you longer than you are willing to stay and hurt the people you love along the way. I hope you are reading this before it's too late.
Just recently I stumbled upon a radio station here in Canada (because am tired of listening to news full of hate and negativism) that featured his teaching. Now I find his sermons truly Bible based. Great teacher.
I quit TV, news broadcasts, movies, etc. Just doing Christian programs on TH-cam from trusted teachers and verified with the Word churches. I find the devil has fully infiltrated mainstream media and it is a constant assault on our minds. I do read world and local news online and find that to be preferable over watching the news.

I was heading home and had several things I wanted to do. God said, "Turn left up here, and go see Bob". I immediately began running down my list of things to do. He said, "Turn left and go see Bob"! I continued to argue. He said it emphatically, and when I came to the Stop sign, I surrendered and turned left. I immediately felt Peace, knowing that I was doing the right thing. During the visit, Bob said, TWICE, "Thank you for coming by, I was really kind of depressed today, and you've helped pull me out of that." I thanked God all the way home for helping me Obey Him. God, help me stop arguing, and to just Obey the First time You speak. Thank You, Lord!
Not a good listener to God; One day a compulsion out of the ordinary to identify a person whom I had no reason to interact with. 7yrs later and in one state over, after praying in desperation for strength, this same person was doctor, and was standing with me over my ailing mother. Among several coincidences in a row each items of strength, this doctor offered that personal touch of 'hear's my number call me for anything.' He had no recollection of me stopping him 7yrs earlier. Prayer for strength answered and all was 'out of time stream.' Like prepping for you future prayer, God knew I'd be calling. Thank you God for giving me this story to testify about and thank you for reading/listening.
I miss Pastor Charles Stanley. I've been listening to his sermons and reading his books since 2008. It's 10/2023, and I still miss him dearly...Such a good man of God.

Yes! God has our back, of the ones whom he loves and called His! He’ll never let anything that he knows it’s not good for us get near to us or prosper! He loves you and us, He has a plan and if we’ll trust him with the lives He gave to us He’ll show us great miracles for our good and HIS MIGHTY, WORTHY GLORY AMEN!!! If only the church had more ministers like him, When I talk to unbelievers the very first thing they bring up, is the many controversies in the church, millionaires behind the pulpit, pastors who are teaching heresies, it’s a sad day when born again believers don’t read the Bible and thus have no discernment. Message from sermon- God's word promises to guide- "Surely Surely He will" - however, We can't Hear God lead us if we're too busy trying to find God's will- simply Tell God that you want to hear Him, and then Sit and Listen. We also aint gonna hear Him if we're indulging in sin- trying to pass the time, and 'ease the struggles of life' by giving in to lusts- Do we really wanna hear from God? Or are our lusts too precious to us? (I'm not talking just the sensual lusts- we also lust things like control, we get angry and lash out at others because we need to be in control, we lust to gossip about others- we lust OUR time, and can't be bothered with meeting the needs of others- on and on it goes)- I suspect many of us, myself included, like our sins too much to hear God speak
Please pray for my uncle Michael he suffers from stage 4 cancer and he is in real pain , in 2016 we lost his oldest brother to cancer , my grandparents ( his parents ) are also in terrible condition my grandpa and my grandmother suffer from Alzheimer , the last 5 years have been a total nightmare for my family . I need prayers for my youngest adult son is engaged to a narcissistic woman who won't let my son visit his family and the only time we heard his voice was once since last August. We are all hurting. He was very close to his only sibling and us parents. My faith is not strong but I am trying to trust God in this. I cry a lot!
Lord Jesus, I thank you for Rosemary and her family. She loves her son, and Lord, she is asking for him to be a part of her life. Lord, please help her get through this time by trusting in You. Remind her of Your love, faithfulness, and compassion. Amen.

During my drinking day's, I had been drinking something that was in a bottle and was so sick and tired of All of it, that in desperation I said out loud, while looking down inside the half empty bottle, " "God, Where are you"?! Immediately I heard back loud and clear, yet lovingly, inside my head, " Well you're not going to find me in here". I Quit drinking immediately. 🙌🙏👼

That's amazing! Children are so special, my daughter at night has woken up when I have been worried and tells me "Mommy, God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power love and a sound mind" and sometimes she prays over me out of no where. Read scriptures to her while she is young.

He did to me exactly as pastor Charles explained it! He asked me to quit my job with no other job prospect. I trusted in the Lord and guess what. I got a job with double the salary, less workload and more free time for me to spend with my children. Praise the Lord!!!!! If only we would listen to Him and dare to do as He says, oh how wonderful our life would be!

I also see he doesn’t care for tweets or likes as long as people come to God which is what all pastors should be doing. Even though he does have his television show he doesn’t publicize it. Yes, I have been listening to Dr. Charles Stanley's sermons for a very long time now. And, I will never stop, no matter what. Because, he is my all time... favorite teacher of the holy words of God, period!
I've listened to this seminar a few times over the years and I always hear something new in my heart each time. So thankful for Dr. Stanley and his obedience to Christ.
God spoke to me in my life and God sent a message to me through another person once. God spoke to my mother also and said name the child David. That’s how I got my name from God . God told me “No Strife” while I was at work and a co worker started a fight with me. God didn’t want me fighting at work. Then I was going to quit my job because of a co worker that was trying to get me fired and as I was walking to the clock house to go home a man I never seen before at work ran to me and said God told me to tell you “ If I before you Who can be against you “? And then after I retired in my kitchen God said “Wait”. Three times I recall God speaking to me. I know God is real and a living Spirit and I feel His presents in my house and I talk to Him about my concerns and prayer request and God made me His Prayer Warrior.

I needed this so much today. Today my son said he doesn’t believe in God because God is not answering his prayer. I’ve been praying all day in tears and realised that we all have that worry at one point in our Christian walk. I praying to God to speak and reveal himself to my sons and help me to be a truthful witness of His power and His faithfulness 29:22. Pray for us please. Amen
Tell your son that God answers prayers in three ways: Yes, no or wait. Pray for the Holy Spirit to come upon your child and to you as well to understand what God wants you to know. Ask God about HIS plans for you and your son's life through prayers and reading HIS words through the Holy Bible. In JESUS' name, Amen. 🙏
This is so true, god ask me to give up my place and find a bigger place for me, my daughter, my sisters and nieces plus my mother because my mom had just had heart surgery. It took me 55 years to learn how to listen to god. I do not hear voices in my head nor will you unless you are insane. God talks to us all the time, we just don´t listen. He does not talk to us through miracles neither, he gives hints that seem little in single, but his voice becomes louder as the little things count up. Listen to God, listen to Jesus and you will hear and be guided, if you just open your heart and trust in him.

Thank you for your ministry🙏 my mother listened to you for years she passed away in 2017 on March 10 th she Loved the Lord and was a Salvation Army lady and volunteered a lot till she wasn't feeling well but she got out and rang the bell at Christmas time and helped with the angel on tree for the kids at Christmas time in the malls. She has the most beautiful voice and sang to all the seniors for their Birthday at the senior home she lived at always would help out with veterans affairs. Until a few cowards decided to push her down a staircase and beet her up. They were never actually cought yet but Jesus knows who they are. I asked for prayer for justice in the matter I have forgiveness but they are still running around doing the same thing hurting people who could not defend themselves, she was two months away from her 87 th birthday. Please pray for me I just got out the hospital a few days ago I was rushed to the emergency and ended up needing a blood transfusion because my hemoglobin was very low. I am feeling better today. Some of us have been 'Christians' for many years having accepted Christ much earlier in life. That said I have been for 40 + years struggling with the same sin, there is no question. I thanks God by writing this comment that He has long been patient and wrested with me long and hard to make me free. I am not there yet, but if He had not wrestled I may not even be alive today. July 17, 1983 (while driving down a Chicago expressway) the Lord spoke to my heart (I'd never heard from Him prior to this) "Quit your job and trust in Me". My very first thought was, "Is that biblical?" My next thought was to dismiss it. Long story short, He confirmed it was His will for me and I gave my 2 week notice 2 days later.

The only way to know God spoke to you is to have Him speak to you through HIs word. His word is alive and powerful, full of Him and His love. Don't seek a voice from God, but be noble and search the Scriptures, for in them you have eternal life and fellowship in Christ the Lord.!!!

I was giving God thanks for my blanket that helps me to fall asleep when I heard an internal voice say to me.." I am the Messiah am here to help.". I happen to take a closer look on my Blanket and it had multiple crosses on it. I was a Hospice nurse at the time and truly needed those words.
A few people have lived in this world and left such a profound impact on the lives of others. Sometimes these select few are people you've never met in real life. Dr. Charles Stanley was one of those people for me. Hearing of his recent passing was difficult to digest. I cannot recall how many times I was wavering in my faith and was pulled out of that fog just by listening to one of his sermons. During his teachings, he often told his audience to "listen" before he made an important point. He always emphasized the importance of listening to God instead of divulging all of our wants and needs to Him through prayer. God's guidance is of no value if we are not sitting in silence and listening for His guidance. Dr. Stanley spoke with such steadfast assurance and quiet confidence even though he did not have an easy upbringing. His father passed away when he was nine months old and he never grew up with a father. And yet, Dr. Stanley became a father figure for so many people around the world. I wish I could have had the opportunity to somehow thank him for comforting me and for being brave enough to share his faith. I'll always cherish his teachings and still mourn how the world has lost such a beautiful soul... but he certainly deserves to be in heaven.
This is what happened to me. I was sure the church I used to attend was the church for the rest of my life. I now attend a church where everyone reads from the Bible together. I knew God lead me there.
My life was a mess for a long time. I was so used to living in sin that I never healed and allowed myself to fall into a stupor. I’m so glad that I found God. I’d completely given up on life

Just recently I stumbled upon a radio station here in Canada (because am tired of listening to news full of hate and negativism) that featured his teaching. Now I find his sermons truly Bible based. Great teacher.
I quit TV, news broadcasts, movies, etc. Just doing Christian programs on TH-cam from trusted teachers and verified with the Word churches. I find the devil has fully infiltrated mainstream media and it is a constant assault on our minds. I do read world and local news online and find that to be preferable over watching the news.
Don't stop listening ❤ my name is Michelle and the lord introduced me to Dr. Charles Stanley after I got out of the hospital about 15 years ago. I watched him on TV for years ❤ I still do. I was heading home and had several things I wanted to do. God said, "Turn left up here, and go see Bob". I immediately began running down my list of things to do. He said, "Turn left and go see Bob"! I continued to argue. He said it emphatically, and when I came to the Stop sign, I surrendered and turned left. I immediately felt Peace, knowing that I was doing the right thing. During the visit, Bob said, TWICE, "Thank you for coming by, I was really kind of depressed today, and you've helped pull me out of that." I thanked God all the way home for helping me Obey Him. God, help me stop arguing, and to just Obey the First time You speak. Thank You, Lord!

Not a good listener to God; One day a compulsion out of the ordinary to identify a person whom I had no reason to interact with. 7yrs later and in one state over, after praying in desperation for strength, this same person was doctor, and was standing with me over my ailing mother. Among several coincidences in a row each items of strength, this doctor offered that personal touch of 'hear's my number call me for anything.' He had no recollection of me stopping him 7yrs earlier. Prayer for strength answered and all was 'out of time stream.' Like prepping for you future prayer, God knew I'd be calling. Thank you God for giving me this story to testify about and thank you for reading/listening.
I miss Pastor Charles Stanley. I've been listening to his sermons and reading his books since 2008. It's 10/2023, and I still miss him dearly...Such a good man of God.

If only the church had more ministers like him, When I talk to unbelievers the very first thing they bring up, is the many controversies in the church, millionaires behind the pulpit, pastors who are teaching heresies, it’s a sad day when born again believers don’t read the Bible and thus have no discernment. Message from sermon- God's word promises to guide- "Surely Surely He will" - however, We can't Hear God lead us if we're too busy trying to find God's will- simply Tell God that you want to hear Him, and then Sit and Listen. We also aint gonna hear Him if we're indulging in sin- trying to pass the time, and 'ease the struggles of life' by giving in to lusts- Do we really wanna hear from God? Or are our lusts too precious to us? (I'm not talking just the sensual lusts- we also lust things like control, we get angry and lash out at others because we need to be in control, we lust to gossip about others- we lust OUR time, and can't be bothered with meeting the needs of others- on and on it goes)- I suspect many of us, myself included, like our sins too much to hear God speak

But like most of us, I kept returning to church Sunday after next hoping something would change. If I sang more, prayed harder, got more involved, etc, ...maybe something would give. But nothing ever did. I must have walked a thousand isles. It had gotten to a point where a friend at the time said, “just try and sing". He meant well, but it was always disingenuous so I never did. Long story short - my whole Christian life was that way until recently. (powerless) God has since opened my eyes and I trust Him alone.

He did to me exactly as pastor Charles explained it! He asked me to quit my job with no other job prospect. I trusted in the Lord and guess what. I got a job with double the salary, less workload and more free time for me to spend with my children. Praise the Lord!!!!! I've listened to this seminar a few times over the years and I always hear something new in my heart each time. So thankful for Dr. Stanley and his obedience to Christ.
God spoke to me in my life and God sent a message to me through another person once. God spoke to my mother also and said name the child David. That’s how I got my name from God . God told me “No Strife” while I was at work and a co worker started a fight with me. God didn’t want me fighting at work. Then I was going to quit my job because of a co worker that was trying to get me fired and as I was walking to the clock house to go home a man I never seen before at work ran to me and said God told me to tell you “ If I before you Who can be against you “? And then after I retired in my kitchen God said “Wait”. Three times I recall God speaking to me. I know God is real and a living Spirit and I feel His presents in my house and I talk to Him about my concerns and prayer request and God made me His Prayer Warrior.

It took me 55 years to learn how to listen to god. I do not hear voices in my head nor will you unless you are insane. God talks to us all the time, we just don´t listen. He does not talk to us through miracles neither, he gives hints that seem little in single, but his voice becomes louder as the little things count up. Listen to God, listen to Jesus and you will hear and be guided, if you just open your heart and trust in him.

Thank you for your ministry🙏 my mother listened to you for years she passed away in 2017 on
March 10 th she Loved the Lord and was a Salvation Army lady and volunteered a lot till she wasn't feeling well but she got out and rang the bell at Christmas time and helped with the angel on tree for the kids at Christmas time in the malls. She has the most beautiful voice and sang to all the seniors for their Birthday at the senior home she lived at always would help out with veterans affairs. Until a few cowards decided to push her down a staircase and beet her up. They were never actually cought yet but Jesus knows who they are. I asked for prayer for justice in the matter I have forgiveness but they are still running around doing the same thing hurting people who could not defend themselves, she was two months away from her 87 th birthday. Please pray for me I just got out the hospital a few days ago I was rushed to the emergency and ended up needing a blood transfusion because my hemoglobin was very low. I am feeling better today. Thanks again I myself have been listening to you for years. Thank you Pastor 🙏💞🙌

Some of us have been 'Christians' for many years having accepted Christ much earlier in life. That said I have been for 40 + years struggling with the same sin, there is no question. I thanks God by writing this comment that He has long been patient and wrested with me long and hard to make me free. I am not there yet, but if He had not wrestled I may not even be alive today. This message spoke to me loud and clear today, maybe you need it as much as I. Listen first, be quiet, then it calls for action, without which the words will not help you. Please help me now master!

Yes.I have actually heard HIS VOICE
July 17, 1983 (while driving down a Chicago expressway) the Lord spoke to my heart (I'd never heard from Him prior to this) "Quit your job and trust in Me". My very first thought was, "Is that biblical?" My next thought was to dismiss it. Long story short, He confirmed it was His will for me and I gave my 2 week notice 2 days later.

I was giving God thanks for my blanket that helps me to fall asleep when I heard an internal voice say to me.." I am the Messiah am here to help.". I happen to take a closer look on my Blanket and it had multiple crosses on it. I was a Hospice nurse at the time and truly needed those words.
A few people have lived in this world and left such a profound impact on the lives of others. Sometimes these select few are people you've never met in real life. Dr. Charles Stanley was one of those people for me.
Hearing of his recent passing was difficult to digest. I cannot recall how many times I was wavering in my faith and was pulled out of that fog just by listening to one of his sermons. During his teachings, he often told his audience to "listen" before he made an important point.
He always emphasized the importance of listening to God instead of divulging all of our wants and needs to Him through prayer. God's guidance is of no value if we are not sitting in silence and listening for His guidance.
Dr. Stanley spoke with such steadfast assurance and quiet confidence even though he did not have an easy upbringing. His father passed away when he was nine months old and he never grew up with a father. And yet, Dr. Stanley became a father figure for so many people around the world.
I wish I could have had the opportunity to somehow thank him for comforting me and for being brave enough to share his faith. I'll always cherish his teachings and still mourn how the world has lost such a beautiful soul... but he certainly deserves to be in heaven.

This is what happened to me. I was sure the church I used to attend was the church for the rest of my life. I now attend a church where everyone reads from the Bible together. I knew God lead me there.
My life was a mess for a long time. I was so used to living in sin that I never healed and allowed myself to fall into a stupor. I’m so glad that I found God. I’d completely given up on life

Mystery Babylon The Great is the Vatican - “And the woman which thou sawest, is that great Citie which reigneth ouer the kings of the earth.” - Rev 17:18
And she has harlot daughters which represent the protestant churches.
And “the Abominations Of The Earth” are corrupt scriptures.

The most important thing to understand is that GOD CAN BE TRUSTED to preserve His word for every generation forever as He promises us in Psalms 12:6-7 and you do not need men to teach you.
1 John 2:27
“But the anointing which ye haue receiued of him, abideth in you: and yee need not that any man teach you: But, as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is trueth, and is no lye: and euen as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.”
It’s vital to know, especially right now, that God has kept His word in tact.

I prayed a long time to know what the truth was, because over the years I grew increasingly confused, frustrated, misguided and so on.. But like most of us, I kept returning to church Sunday after next hoping something would change. If I sang more, prayed harder, got more involved, etc, ...maybe something would give. But nothing ever did. I must have walked a thousand isles. It had gotten to a point where a friend at the time said, “just try and sing". He meant well, but it was always disingenuous so I never did. Long story short - my whole Christian life was that way until recently. (powerless) God has since opened my eyes and I trust Him alone.
I really hope this reaches somebody. If this is you... honestly, please look into what I’m saying. God is rich in mercy and His patience is unmatched. He's been drawing me for a long time. Maybe He’s drawing you too and this is the message you needed.

It’s imperative to understand that the av1611 is much different than the 1769 KJV that most believe is the true 1611 but is not. The KJV only movement doesn’t use the authorized version of 1611 either.
This is the bible that Rome has been trying to destroy and cast doubt on since its inception. Everything, from the gun powder plot to false rumours of King James being gay. It contains all the prophecies in tact. Things like, what is the mark of the beast, what is wormwood, who and what is Antichrist, who are Leviathan and Behemoth representations of, and so on.
If the scriptures are broken, the prophets are killed and the church can’t hear what the Spirit is saying.
