Just the character STFC need at the helm. Knowledge of the game, passion for success, and the character to get through the tough times. More importantly, not afraid to say what needs to be said! Bring back the good times Holloway!
People will moan for the sake of moaning, Ollie is trying really hard to change things (he's far more passionate than a lot of the managers we've had recently) - Does he talk a lot? Yes. But slowly there seems to be a shift, hoping it's a turn around in the mindset of the players!
Don't bother listening then. We won't have to read endless meaningless drivel that gets posted on social media either. Holloway is spot on about the blame culture and negative attitude that exists.
I don’t think he’s that p r conscious. Don’t get me wrong at this present moment in time I think he’s the right man for the job. However when u talk that much people are fine with it when things are going well and their own your side. But when your perceived as not doing so well and / when / if results start not to go your way, your gonna dig yourself a hole/ give people ammunition if you give them loads and loads of waffle and things to latch onto and complain about it. Maybe he needs to learn to be concise. Say what needs to be said [and only what needs to be said] quickly and then be quiet.
Bradford City fan here. Who can fail to like Ian Holloway? The game is in short supply of characters like him. Looking forward to the game tomorrow.

Full of bull shit just like he did at Grimsby, cowards way out at Grimsby took us in to non league
Holloway speaks well no point blaming players. What does it do for anyone just decreases confidence
I think the reason his wife wanted him to go back to work was the fact he goes on and on and talks absolute nonsense
😂 true.. but at least he’s got a bit of passion about him
You’re doing a good job Ian just ignore the people that are never ever happy.
Frecks is a great player he just lacked confidence because of everything fans have been playing same with Bycroft
