Surprised you said no need to apply to have a conservatory built. We have had our conservatory built and we have to send off application to the coucil to get approval. We asked the big uk well known company to build that for us, and they told us we have to get approval before having any outside building done.

Normal basic conservatory no need planning permission, unless some special conservatory (size, brickwork, rooftop etc.)

你好！想請教車房 conversion正常程序係自己申請，定builder會幫手搞埋？價錢大概係幾多呢？

自己上 local council 揾資料及called council 問的。
如果需要申請可以上local council apply, 有啲builder 未必會幫手申請,如果要他們代申請唔平的。（因為要劃plan 、申請費及人工）
如果只係普通的開個門從屋內入車房而且唔係影響building main construction, 通常都可以的。
如果將屋的外觀更改或在車房頂上加建多一間房就一定要apply planning permission
只是少許改變也要諮詢local Council意見。

有, 一定要裝唔係會好凍。
radiator 有平有貴(唔係新款式的幾十磅都有）我用普通款唔貴而且裝修價錢已包。
