- The new Jawa 42 is powered by a 293cc liquid-cooled and fuel-injected engine. The engine puts out 27.33 PS of maximum power and 27.02 Nm of torque. The manufacturer claims that it is the first single-cylinder engine which utilizes cross port technology. This change is also expected to enhance the power delivery and the throttle response of the bike. The bike gets a wheelbase of 1369mm, a compression ratio of 11:1 and 76x55mm bore stroke. The bikes get alloy wheels, tubeless tyres and trip meter as standard. The new bikes also get a headlamp grille and fly-screen as accessories. The company has announced that the technological updates apply to the Jawa range. This now gets crossport technology which i have explained in the video.

I took a test ride, and i would say this engine is superb, good 4 short riders, if any short guys need a classic bike, this is the best option, and this is sportier too, and no one is providing a liquid cooled engine and a 6 speed gearbox at this price point( for classic bikes)

Booked a Sirius white!! I’m a 5.2 short rider and hence am not very comfortable with my Interceptor Baker express. Went to Jawa showroom and found Jawa 42 to be quite manoeuvrable and comfortable.

I tried to book this, but wanted to know the on road price which the showroom could not give me (can you believe it, they did nit know) and they never has a bike to test ride and could not confirm the waiting period but just said book with 5k and we will let you know.... very poor as I an not keep to take a bike without a test ride. Jawa could have a added a little more feature. May be a tacho metre or gear position indicator or a tripper. This lack of feature is a deal breaker.

This has a bad console but a very good engine and the competition gives a pretty good console but an average engine
yes one can give liquid midrange engine in this price range..alla are give goog instrument console like remi realme in phone world...😀
The console is bad because they wanted to maintain the same retro theme of the Jawa from the last century

@@amalbabz have you see Volkswagen Beetle, Fiat 500 an extremely classic product it has the more modern element in it..
To some extent classic vintage touch is good but there are ways to add the features for the cost it's been sold.. the bike doesn't look macho due to its short style.. atleast they could have improved the Ground clearance and made it bit taller

Which one should be better buying between jawa42 2.1 vs highness cb350. I m confused between above two bike as both bikes price are at same price level.
I m 5'5" height and body weight is 60kg, so I m comfortable on both bike.
Feedback from utuber is that engine refinement is not up to mark of jawa42, but hawa 42 2.1 hv improvement.
Pl provide ur feedback which one will hv better buy.
