RN11 doesn't have OIS. It's price range doesn't allow for that. It doesn't even have EIS, cuz of slow processor. Surprised to see all the stupid responses here. Know before you advise.
Thermal paste dissapates heat away, without it your phone would problaly not overheat but it would be very hot and it will damage your cpu, my samsung note 9 has a full on heatsink
