I think the biggest problem we have with "love" is that we allow it to become pretentious when we think being loving is being "nice". Jesus spoke the truth very directly and it cut to the heart. That was love. I believe we miss the fact that being "nice" is not always loving because the motive is not really concern for the other person and their need for truth, rather it is really about ourselves and having everyone perceive our actions as admirable. Love is a motive that causes us to do that which is good because we want good to prevail in other people's lives. It's much easier to be apathetically pretentious because that's the natural inclination of the carnal mind.
Many times the Bible calls God "the Holy One", But never "the Holy Two" or "the Holy Three". Why? Because there is no such thing as a Trinity! Do you pray to three gods? If I never heard this Truth, I would have gave up on Christianity and became an atheist! God the Father is a false idol created by the Catholics (who Christianized polytheistic paganism). Throughout the Old Testament, God is always singular, never pluralistic. Jesus was called Emanuel, "God with us" (Matthew 1:23). When you die, will you see three persons, or will you only see Jesus, as according to Revelations, and "who is the image of the invisible God," as stated in Colossians 1:15? Jesus is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They are titles, just as a man can be a Father, Husband, and Son. They are not separate persons. Which speaks of love? God sent His Son to die upon the Cross, or God became Man to die upon the Cross? Pray that Jesus will reveal His Truth in His Word. He helped me, and He will help you! "And you shall seek Me, and find Me, when you shall search for Me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:13 John 14:16 - 18 Colossians 2:9, 1:15 - 20 Matthew 1:23 John 10:30, 5:17 - 18 Mark 12:29 Ephesians 4:5-6 1 Timothy 3:16 Deuteronomy 4:35, 6:4 Isaiah 44:6 Acts 2:38, 8:12, 8:16, 10:48, 19:15

By Heaven's Extension
I sat on the couch nearly in tears.
I'd prayed so often for those kin.
I remember, of faith, that leven, intook,
thankful for His forest planted within.
God sits in heaven without limit.
Jesus, God's blood and Son, intwines
all layers of heaven's interaction.
He weaves, collects, trims, divides.
His porch, so sunny, and full to bursting.
A pervasive Holy Spirit inhales, exhales.
Clouds of mirth, all white and fluffy,
and storms that tear down sails
The open sea, called and formed.
Vistas filled with life galore.
Early morning births and mewing.
Crying, laughing, burping, snore.
His porch is full of divine extension.
Halls, made solid by word appeals.
Hearted thoughts in counsel with Jesus,
water, wheat, His spilled blood congealed.
His presence extends by the word hall
Into my living space, He makes wonder.
His extensions reach into every crevice
when by prayer, invited, over and under.
By His extension and my intention,
my home becomes Heaven's side room.
Each morning, waking work, prepare.
Heaven visits now, our forever Beloved Groom.
