I’ve been wanting to move to this area for some time now, but this community really highlights my biggest concern - why are all of the houses so darn close together? Yes, I know, they want to maximize their profits, but I just don’t want neighbors that close. I’m retired, and I want peace and quiet.
Yes, this community they truly do pack them in. It’s more of a feature of this community though because it’s supposed to be more Charleston/city feeling.
