Just to clarify, I’m saying DeJean was impressive based on the circumstances he played under (injured most of camp, just coming back and being a rookie) I say that in the video as well. Coulda been better but was promising IMO Over or under 175 total yards for Dotson in the 2 games against the Commanders this year? 🤔 LET'S HIT 1K LIKES!
Appreciate u making this video kid... I'll support a fellow eagle fan ...fly eagles , fly and I will be crushed if Quinyon Mitchell is not a beast right off rip !!
While I expect DeJean to eventually impress, that’s not what I saw yesterday. He often looked like what he is, a rookie player who had missed much of training camp due to injury.
Dude wasn't the best but from what we had on D-fence he can tackle and we need that really bad. I believe after some training he could be a starter mid season or even next year. I think everyone is hating a little to much on him.
I think given those circumstances he was impressive, as he still flashed at times and made plays. You could see why he was a higher pick and the Eagles think so highly of him. Given time he’ll get better
He’s right because the game isn’t going to change anything ,but it’s going to keep your team healthy plus it’s going to be two hold weeks until the season starts so why would you want to take risk to get a player hurt
They should play starters at least the first 2 preseason games to get them acclimated to the speed of the game. At least a first half of one and a quarter in the next. If the eagles come out losing the first few games Siriani needs to go.
I’m not worried about week 1 and I’m not too worried about DeJean but let’s not give him so much credit in one preseason game. There was a LOT more bad play than good. I know he’s rusty and hasn’t had much time but he needs to be more disciplined. I love the fire but he needs to still be held accountable. He was very mediocre in this first game and that’s that. I’m confident he’ll get better and be a future starter though.
I see where you’re coming from. I definitely saw all the bad moments but I think he got better as the game went on and his talent and athleticism was definitely on display, hence why I thought it was a promising debut. Give him some time and he’ll develop and refine his skills. Definitely agree that he’ll become a quality starter one day.
To be honest I was never that high on Nolan I hope he steps his game up and becomes solid pass rusher he has traits speed bend but he has to want to be the best
I’d say he impressed in the circumstances he played under, having been injured and out most of camp. Still made plays and looked promising despite missing so much time and being a rookie. Given more time he’ll be much better
Can they place Nolan smith on the practice squad? Lowkey don’t think he deserves a roster spot while other guys at the same position are actually producing now in the preseason. Maybe he is a superstar in the making but no reason he should hold a spot over someone who can play now 🤷♂️
Cooper DeJean looked like he could become a key piece for the Eagles defense in the future! But do you think his early mistakes will limit his playing time this season? Or is it better to throw him into the fire to speed up his development?
10:01 Way too early to call anyone a bust. I don’t like throwing that word around unless it’s season three or it’s unsalvageable to the point where opponents game plans specific to attack them on every drive. We aren’t there yet but it’s not great either.

Nolan Smith needs more time just like Nakobe Dean and look how he turned out!🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫
You should still run at least 2-3 series of other the starters jsut to get some preseason rust off and get a hit a bit so they can warm up before game one. Every team is doing it so why not us? What does sirianni even do ? 😂
I don't like that Nick Sirriani Lied at the End of Last Season and Said he was going to play the Starters in the preseason a bit to make sure they dont come into the first weeks of the season Cold. Obviously he is not a Man of his Word and his Habits are Hard to break. I Expect a Week 1 loss in Brazil due to the starters Playing Cold. But i wont blame the Players, i blame the Head Coach
Definitely not horrible. Given the circumstances I think he was impressive as he missed most of camp and is just a rookie. I didn’t expect domination, and I was happy with what we got as he made some nice plays. You could see why he was a higher pick and the eagles think so highly of him. Given time he’ll get better
Bro don’t know ball at all. Dude hasn’t played football since November. He did pretty good and I’m sorry that one wasn’t a TD one foot hitting in one hit out that’s not a TD
I' wouldn't say he impressed. He looked slow and alittle hesitant to me. He was playing 3rd stringers and people who won't make the team I think he made some plays but not anything spectacular .
If their receiver knew how to drag his feet, copper could of gave up 2tds. He did get better as the game went but that was against their 3s. He wasn't dl that impressive imo
Fair, I think in perspective with the circumstances he was under, being injured all of camp and all he was impressive, which I kinda said is in the video, definitely did see the bad stuff though. 100% believe he’ll get better
@@phillyfan21 Agreed I just wouldn't say it was impressive as of right now. Definitely not going to call him a bust like I'm seeing from some casuals. Definitely factoring in he didn't have a camp and hasn't played in a long time. He just needs time
Hahaha you should look more into what or who DEI was created for. It sure as hell wasn't white people, I'll tell you that much. We typically prefer to earn what we're given
Only an emotionally and mentally limited dude would make that retarded commit. Cooper is a white American football athlete who’s a rookie in training. FYI and educational purposes D.E.I. hires are NOT synonymous with less qualified hires. Often they’re equally qualified but offer a diversity from the majority. 👉🏽Read comprehension is required!
Truth is no matter who’s the WR3 is they will get very little investment in the Eagles offense because Jalen doee NOT checkdown to those options …yet. As of now the book out on Hurt is he’ll opt to run and bails out after the first few reads giving the wr3 little hope. If Moore has helped Jalen in that area of development then this only means the offense will be that much more potent. If the bigger Cam is the upgrade at center he seems to be then Jalen may feel more confident/comfortable in the pocket this year and thus have the patience to go thru his progressions. Any contribution the WR3 can bring to this offense the more difficult they will be get off the field.
True, based on reports during camp Jalen has been much better staying the pocket and going through progressions rather than bailing and running. Hopefully that translates to the field this season
Just to clarify, I’m saying DeJean was impressive based on the circumstances he played under (injured most of camp, just coming back and being a rookie) I say that in the video as well. Coulda been better but was promising IMO

Over.
Looks fine to me man
Over
Eagles are clearly soo bias
I’m very happy about getting Jahan Dotson. I loved watching him in college!!! 😊
I'm really hyped about it too, can't wait to watch him along with AJ and Smitty
Still crushing it being the most likable content creator on TH-cam.
Yooo just saw this comment, really appreciate that bro!
Hey man God bless you 🙏 I hope the eagles have a healthy year go birds 😊❤
Appreciate you bro, God bless and go birds 🙏🦅
And revenge Dotson shall shall have
Keep up the good work Evan!!
Really appreciate that man!

Ayeeeee!!! You mentioned your name!! You’re killin’ it Evan!!
Appreciate it Chris! Figured I gotta start branding myself a bit better, so hopefully it works out
Def should of played some preseason snaps for starters on offense
I am a penn state alum and it's cool to see Barkley and dotson teamed up with eagles is excellent
Go Birds!
One set almost made it going to practice squad and you're going to have a hell of a lot of time on the practice squad
Add have a lot of good talent on
Nick got to be fire ! 🔥
Another banger
well done Evan
Thanks Nick, really appreciate the support bro 🙏🦅
DeJean is a SAFETY!
He’s right because the game isn’t going to change anything ,but it’s going to keep your team healthy plus it’s going to be two hold weeks until the season starts so why would you want to take risk to get a player hurt
Do you think dejean will get better after that call
Dotson in that interview looked mad about being traded. He also reminded me of Kevin Bayard… I was excited until I saw that interview
They should play starters at least the first 2 preseason games to get them acclimated to the speed of the game. At least a first half of one and a quarter in the next. If the eagles come out losing the first few games Siriani needs to go.
Dejean looked solid, he just has to be more sticky in coverage
I agree with him we don’t have to play our super stars in pre season I think it’s soo beneath them

I would have like the starters play at least one series just to get some live contact. There’s nothing like getting your body ready.
To be honest I was never that high on Nolan I hope he steps his game up and becomes solid pass rusher he has traits speed bend but he has to want to be the best
Let go eagles
Preseason was good wish the starters played tho
Every year its “the joint practices” that make us feel like the ones are ready lol
I know, I don’t really agree but it is what it is. Regardless I guess we’ll see how ready they are when week 1 rolls around
Idk about impressed, but he played.

Nick be having me lost sometimes when he be explaining things
Same honestly lol
Keep the old logooooo mannn it was so much better
The starters shoud've had a series in each game. How is that not obvious?

Nolan Smith needs more time just like Nakobe Dean and look how he turned out!🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫
Well we’ll see on Nakobe, but I agree that Nolan just needs more time
I think Nolan Smith should get a wake up call. Practice squad.
Idk about that but he definitely has to step it up
It’s his second year and he was Reddick’s back up last year….. relax 😒
Brandon Graham was not good his first 3 years either. Y’all need to pump the breaks
You should still run at least 2-3 series of other the starters jsut to get some preseason rust off and get a hit a bit so they can warm up before game one. Every team is doing it so why not us? What does sirianni even do ? 😂
I am happy we lost that game. We can avoid the 3-0 preseason curse.
Lol
Nolan Smith needs more time at this time go to practice squad Lego 74 there's a lot of time going on the practice squad
Put dejean at safety
WHAT?! BUST! IT'S PRE_SEASON!!! TELL THEM TO STFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know, it’s crazy the overreactions coming from some people. I agree that Nolan Smith needs to show us more but calling him a bust is an overreaction

BG was tagged as a bust by Eagles media and fans for at least 4 years. So I’m not worried about Nolan.
DeJean did NOT impress- what game were YOU watching?? He had a horrible game.
What. He had one penalty that was costly. Besides that he was good
Definitely not horrible. Given the circumstances I think he was impressive as he missed most of camp and is just a rookie. I didn’t expect domination, and I was happy with what we got as he made some nice plays. You could see why he was a higher pick and the eagles think so highly of him. Given time he’ll get better
Yea he just got back into playing football since a month ago and he’s a rookie so give him time

@@itshurtssznAnd he was right with him not like he got smoked
Playing one or two series in the preseason, is not gonna make or break anything.
True, I would’ve liked to see them but you’re definitely right
Dotson looks like a smarter yachty
Nolan just needs more time
I don’t think you where watching the same game
It’s just going take more time with Nolan Smith…he is competing against the best in the league with Lane & Jordan ..Nolan is only going to get better
I agree, give him time and he’ll develop more
More like he’s sounds like “hey, im a bust and yall will see soon”
Don't like the players not playing a series or two.
Even though the presaeason is over. Will they still train until the regular season?
Oh yes, it just won't be open to the media like it has been during training camp
@@phillyfan21 oh ok
How did Cooper Stand out? Eagles got smoked 26-3.
WR1, WR2, and WR3 are gonna burn DeJean, I only see him as a possible safety, cornerback? no

I kinda expected that from a 2nd round pick. Quinyon Mitchell had a better preseason.

DO IT!
It's finally here!!! Gotta admit I'm nervous for week 1...
I'm excited more than anything, can't wait to get this season started
@phillyfan21 same lol I've been watching your vids trying to stay up to speed just waiting for the season to start
dont listen to fans about young players...ever.... BG was a bust according to these same people years ago
Very true
Not too impressed by Nick
Impresses? Far From impressive

Cooper was overrated, honestly he’s a D.E.I pick, lite skin cornerbacks don’t make it in the NFL
