It's not useless if you want to hip fire, but that's really all it's good for, it just makes the spread smaller when you're not aiming down your sights
Just tested it on NA and it works, so I'm not sure why that would be. Maybe the language is different than English? I know they have issues with the codes if your game language is set to a different one than the one used to generate the share code. Or maybe different regions? wish I could help more there

Ah yeah sadly I don’t think there’s anything I could do for that until the devs add an implementation to use codes from different regions, I’ll definitely send them a message on discord at least and see if that’s in the plans
