Today we bring to you Beautiful double storey home with lovely interior. It is a modern double floor house design with a eye catching design . This home is located at Kerala.

Designer has taken every effort to make the exterior a fabulous one. Each area where he has touched his hands is made into a amazing one. Sit out has a good space where a wooden chair is placed for seating. Sit out leads to living area where a cushion sofa is arranged. We have got a dining space here, where a wooden table with chairs are placed. This is the washing area where a small and beautiful basin is placed. Moving to the bedroom section, we see a simple and spacious room with a double cot, also a attached bathroom is available here.
Next we checking the common toilet, Checking the second bedroom we see the same almost to the previous one. Here also a cot and wardrobe is arranged. Moving onto kitchen we see a spacious and neatly arranged kitchen. The kitchen extended to work area. Moving to the first floor ,exploring the stair we got a wood hand rail with glass. Landing gives a open hall space. Moving to bedrooms, this one is a good bedroom with enough space. Here wardrobe is available.
We can check next bedroom then. This is also similar to previous one. Here too, a wardrobe is available. A common toilet is provided here for both bedrooms. We got balcony from the hallway.

CPM- It's noteably a good move. That those days parents were giving houses to children. But now children think of gifting beautiful houses to parents. This house is simply and superbly done. Those workmen needs to be rewarded for the amazing work. Guys keep going.thanks for presenting a pleasentary in the morning. I would like to live in. But I am far away.My eyes are with it yet.

A spacious house,outer facade is good,lots of clever lighting and false ceilings,nice. However,I notice that you have a formal dining room,and two kitchens,but not a formal drawing room with enough seating. A formal beautiful drawing room with at least seating for 12 people is a must for a 4 Bedroom house.Secondly, the bathrooms would be much more beautiful and useful if they had shower cubicles.The shower areas are not very well planned presently,in my opinion.However ,I like the use of Black Granite in the front and also on the first floor balcony,gives a very smart look.
hall is too small for 8 to 10 people and also disturbing when you watching any tv because of main door and bedroom

Good things :
1. Excellent Exterior Design
2. Smart and sharp video
3. Pleasant voice over and music
4. Porch area is very spacious and has utility
Bad things:
1. Master bedrooms on first floor
2. No store rooms
3. Second is small with guest bedrooms
4. No attached balcony or terrace to catch the view.
Exterior is good, but interior looks crowded and outdated. Now a days all new luxury homes are being built with Open space concept(Less walls means more usable space and spacious interior)
Interior feels suffocating… there should be maximum natural sunlight too

Amazing building plan. I feel all the rooms are quite short, if little broader it would have been nicer, because the outer view you showed in this video seem large. When there's more space the builder could have used that.
Any people like small.managable home and omore other space to spend quality time outside and don't fill the lad with big fat homes alone ..
Water conservation , sustainable development with free movement are carried in mnay parts of the state

Sitting room should be bigger than this. Dinning ok. No cross ventilation in rooms.
Sit out and entrence space good.
One big fault in this is no ceiling fans but they have given wall fans, my aunt did the same thing and I want to say that please don't do this, it's terribly hot, the wall fans won't give any air, ceiling fans are a must in all rooms, rest all interior is great!

Didn't you notice the windows and huge space outside for that .. the light is coming inside and the fresh air too ..
,Its not like the congested near to near homes in .many other parts of India .

You can always feel a dark shade in all area of the house. Is it because of the trouble of video. Highly spoiled the threshold by metal. If there was grass or a garden ...superb look will get.
