NTRP 7.0? not even close to 4.0 in California

NTRP for mixed doubles is combined rating for both players
like 3.5/3.5 pair =7.0. 4.0/3.0 pair=7.0
if you are saying we are 2.0/2.0 level, cali must be real good

its combined rating of both players
