If you tried to download the plan of attack and the recipe wasn't in there, it is not in there. Sorry for the delay. Every week go and upload the lastest version as I upload the recipes as they release. love yous Holiday Plan of Attack bit.ly/2Qj9Sa7
I grew up on homemade butter. Too much trouble for too little improvement over store bought. But, those rolls! That wash Really gave them a beautiful crust. Great work
It’s better than the average stuff at the store like the average stuff (if you’re American). But if you buy the good stuff at the grocery store, then yes, you’re correct.
Thanks. They look delish. Most T-Day dinners have stuffing, gravy, mashed potato, sweet potato, corn, etc., like you said are heavy on the carbs but I can see these served with turkey leftovers. Love your Kitchenaide mixer. I've had the Classic model for years and it shows no signs of slowing down. Be good to yourself and go feed yourself.
So, the making of this dinner roll is a little bit similar to Brioche bread. I am currently taking a professional cooking class and learned to make brioche bread recently, I love it so much.😀
Omg these are the dinner rolls that remind me of high school cafeteria back in my day They were so moist and spongy oh they're so good. I've been trying my best to try and find a recipe that would come close to that.
Been hoping for bread related videos from you. I know you're now in holiday season, but making good bread for sandwiches/hoagies/subs would be a good video for those who have trouble finding it at a store. There's other creators that have tackled it, but similar content in your style is always appreciated.
Chef, Can these be made ahead of time in the greased pan in the little balls, after rise, then put in the refrigerator for a few days before bake? I would think yes they would just go through a longer cold ferment.
These look amazing we have to make them sometime. If you would ever consider it. And I’m just throwing an idea out here. But I personally would like to see something on a good homemade Italian bread like a semolina bread with the sesame seeds. I’ve looked everywhere for that type of bread. I live in the tri-state area (TN-AL-GA) where there are no Italian bakeries. I would love to see your take on it if you would ever consider playing around with that idea. Love your channel, man. Keep up the good work.
I'm Italian/American. Never had dinner rolls one time at Thanksgiving be it at home or with a relative. My grandmother never had them at her Thanksgiving either.
Homemade dinner rolls will always beat what you get in a can, or those pre-made rolls that you have to reheat. Almost anything baked homemade is better than you'd find at the store.
I need help with two items for Thanksgiving. First is I need a good recipe that is easy for Oyster stuffing and the second is Oyster stew. Can you help at all please and thank you.
Why on earth not provide the measurements by weight and volume? Lots of us splurged on a $10 scale and want to do it by weight so that it's consistent!
"Not everybody has a scale and some people still wanna bake... and that's how you measure a cup without a scale." "And we're looking for about 2 1/4 oz balls. Then after they're all WEIGHED OUT." LOL. I had to.

When can I look forward to the physical copy of the book? It's a personal need of mine at this point.
Got your holiday plan of attack, its a great resource. Why did I wait so long? 😉
P
This is my favourite bread. I didn’t know what it is called. Just my mom made it for past 35 years. Thank you!
Dinner Rolls are essential and also for the late evening turkey sandwich.
Thank you for always taking care of us during the holidays! I’ve made several recipes from your plan of attack.
Can you send me the dinner rolls recipe I’m poor 😂
Yes. Will be doing this. Another great demo.
You can never have too many carbs….especially during the holidays!!! I love the slightly sweet rolls, thanks for this & happy safe holidays 😊
Great and easy way to get people to make homemade rolls. Excellent job. Have an amazing holiday!

Great recipe and great process instructions. I made them, they look exactly like those in the video and taste amazing! Quick to make too!
Finally found a good dinner roll recipe! These were great! Thank you!
Always look forward to November for your channel since the Holiday bangers start coming out!
So, the making of this dinner roll is a little bit similar to Brioche bread. I am currently taking a professional cooking class and learned to make brioche bread recently, I love it so much.😀
They look great, they remind me of Parker rolls which I love. Stephen, a cookbook it’s time! Thanks for another tasty recipe.🥖💕👍
Those look good, a little time consuming but really good.
I will be making these! Your stuffing recipe has become an annual staple for me now and I am sure these will be a hit!
They are gorgeous. Now I must get your book.

I am a lazy cook, dinner rolls if something I have never made. You make it look so easy!❤❤❤
Holy cow!!!! Homemade butter. I was too quick to comment earlier. HUZZAH FOR HOMEMADE BUTTER!
They look amazing! Thanks For this ❤❤❤❤
Steve, those look amazing! Flex for the homemade butter! 💪😮
if u use the regular instant yeast.. add a teaspoon of vinegar that acts as a bread improver. i add it in the milk..
Shows you how to measure a cup of flour without a scale, then proceeds to weigh individual dough balls with a scale. Good shit
And use a $400 mixer to mix the dough 😂
Assumes the viewer doesnt have a food scale but then pulls out a stand mixer. People are way less likely to have the latter than the former.
@@EclipseCircleand then those receiving all this free content bitch due to their inability to budget for a stand up mixer.
I can’t stop reading this comment because I laugh every time 😂🤣😂🤣😂
@@EclipseCircle Right?! somehow $10 scales are hard to come by these days 🤣
OMG. Those look so good! 😊. YUM.

I’m gonna make these this year. Looking forward to it!
Recipe? Delicious looking bread. I took everyone out for Greek food. Its getting to be too much work and a big family ❤️❤️❤️
Looking delicious.
Oh Beautiful!
Looks amazing. I have never made rolls. May try!😅
Great recipes
Can i make these the day before? Will they stay fresh the following day? I got too much to make thanksgiving day.
Outstanding content my brother!!!!~~
They would be great as baked sliced ham sliders!
Dang those look good.
Please edit the description with all your links and recipe
I’m coming hard at my MIL this year. Screw Rhodes rolls 😂 thank you!!!!
Can you make the day before? How would you store them?
Chef, Can these be made ahead of time in the greased pan in the little balls, after rise, then put in the refrigerator for a few days before bake? I would think yes they would just go through a longer cold ferment.
Stephen, your buns look so good!
Love your content 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks

I love that area
I used to live an hr west of Chatt on Ala/Tn line west of Ga
I am definitely “team dinner rolls” for thanksgiving. It’s carb overkill but it is necessary in my book 😂
These are 🔥
Too funny. I agree re your carbs comment. I have never made rolls to have with thanksgiving dinner.
Gonna make these tomorrow
My lord! Gorgeous!!!! ❤
who else watching this intently despite buying a pack of Kings Hawaiian rolls for Thanksgiving anyway
As a kid, the rolls were the main reason I wanted to go to Grandmas'
You’re right that there are ample carbs at thanksgiving, but ample isn’t enough. Excessive is enough.
I can smell this video!!😊
Rolls are for game day sliders ...maybe turkey sandwich ..lol
Something my granny made so well, I've never had the nerve to try to make myself
Are these still good next day? Looking for "make ahead" recipes that can easily be warmed up.

bread and honey butter? luke would be proud
Can we use whole wheat flour
Steve how does one get tickets to one of your dinners? I want to take my fiances 92 year old grandma from italy
What happens if I need to bloom the yeast? What’s the change I need to make so it’s not too wet?
I'm still here! 🤙
❤❤❤
Wow impressive! I'll try to make it! ❤
I need help with two items for Thanksgiving. First is I need a good recipe that is easy for Oyster stuffing and the second is Oyster stew. Can you help at all please and thank you.
I wonder if it would bake the same if you made the rolls smaller. I am expecting double the people and really don’t want to make two batches.
My wife has perfect buns !!!
“Not everyone has a scale”
….
*pulls out temperature laser thing
nice buns
Is it really that easy? Dang. 50+ years of cooking and I never knew that. I’m sorry, sister Schubert. I’m going to leave you in the freezer.
Potato rolls > dinner rolls
Nope, absolutely not. Neither is dead bird.
Damn. I saw the "Perfect Buns" title and immediately clicked. Imagine my disappointment, etc.....
Ditto
😅. Hey, these are easier to get
Just beautiful with soup and salad. Thankgiving has enough carbs 😊
NOTHING is required.
why would Steve bring a girl home for Thanksgiving?
Most of the world dont measure in cups or buckets...
Oh...so you measure a cup of flour by filling up a cup of flour? Weird. Thanks for that super scientific information.
Why on earth not provide the measurements by weight and volume? Lots of us splurged on a $10 scale and want to do it by weight so that it's consistent!
Not everyone has a scale? If they can afford the necessary tools to make these buns, they can afford a $10 scale off Amazon.
So you woke up and decided to make an unnecessary comment? Pathetic.
First
"Not everybody has a scale and some people still wanna bake... and that's how you measure a cup without a scale."
"And we're looking for about 2 1/4 oz balls. Then after they're all WEIGHED OUT."
LOL. I had to.
